The quality of the room
The service and mis communication, again and again even this short stay; it’s always the same, the smallest thing are a big problem

Location bathroom bed
Window view a girder in middle. Noisy kids in writers bar and room corridor playing ignored by staff I had to attend

The staff were fantastic; particularly Kathrine from the reception and Karl/Edwin from butler services. The staff at the Writer's Bar, from when we went in the evening, were also extremely attentive and pleasant. The staff well made our stay excellent. Location was also very central.
The hotel is a little dated.

Luxurious room (Legacy Suite was beautiful - I loved the artwork by local artists); complimentary high tea is a must do!; breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel. Staff were extremely attentive. Location is excellent- walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.

The food at the buffet was highly salty and not good quality . also at the French restaurant there were not too many healthy options

The large room- suite. Seperate lounge and tv area as well as a dining area away from the bedroom area. Large bathroom. Early check in was organised.
Poor water pressure from the shower head. The water saving shower head design was barely felt on the skin.

The service from reception to bedroom staff was exceptional. The room was very clean and room service w as prompt.
I was surprisingly delighted when staff brought my afternoon tea up to my room when I couldn't go down to the lounge because of a Zoom mtg in my room.
There was a bit of a crowd during breakfast so replenishment of the spread was a bit slow. Also, the buffet spread
could do with more choice of food. I do not really prefer a buffet breakfast but was told too late about the other option on the other floor. In any case, I hope to visit again and try that out.
