Fantastic and friendly staff the room was awesome very comfortable and clean and the location was great close to everything in Paihia within walking distance

Location was perfect for us, being blue to store our bikes safely away (& access when we wanted was greatly appreciated)
Not so much that I didn’t like & it’s not a major … more that I felt uncomfortable hanging out wet clothes on the balustrades (but understand why guests are asked not to have the horse lines outside)

Not your traditional Heritage stay.
Laundry was locked on us at 6pm with baby clothes still in machine ( Laundry 24/7 )
Had to park out back because I had a vehicle with a roof box, I didn't fit under there arch, it meant I was not guaranteed a park.

The view was great and the room was awesome

nice apartments, clean, tidy, modern. good value for money
our room was quite noisy. we were at the front on the ground floor, and had noise from anyone walking past the hotel or the room, also the petrol station next door. I don’t think you would get this noise in any other rooms though.

Mold in the shower box. Poor room layout and small tv.

I was really impressed with how clean everything was. Location to main tourist attractions and restaurants was great. Also enjoyed the view from the hotel room.
