John was a great host with assistance from Kim (his dog). We had unit 9 which looked down the driveway to the ocean. Kitchen had utensils to cook breakfast and dinner. This combined with the roof top area with bbq, a table, and loungers was a bonus with a better view of ocean.

John is lovely helpful easy going and down to earth very pleasant to deal with, the room was comfortable very clean and tidy, And it was easy to park a B-train

This accommodation exceeded our expectations! Originally, we were booked at an upmarket apartment that was 4x the price, decided to go for this place instead due to central location and value for money. We compared this place to our original booking and were not disappointed with our decision. The owner/manager of this property cannot do enough to ensure a great stay, working hard all day to maintain high standard, and advise on best options for tours etc. Great facilities like complimentary laundry, and 5min walk to central area & ferry wharf. it was clean, tidy, well maintained and the location was fabulous…right across the road from the beach and just a 3 minute walk to the ferry!

very close to most everything in town easily within walking distance.

Its situated in the central area and beach is just few meters away and it was very cosy, even we just stayed for a day, so I would like to go there and stay longer next time. The host is very nice, kind and helpful. He didn't charge me the extra that I need to pay. Highly recommended
