Dårlig renhold med flekkete håndklær og sengetøy. Klissete nattbord og lange hårstrå rundt omkring. Uhøflig personale som snur ryggen til oss når vi prater med dem. Kommer ikke til å dra tilbake hit.

Great central location. The room was very clean and the bed was also comfortable. The downstairs amenities are perfect for a snack or a cup of tea etc. No complaints!

Bergen Citybox is a super short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in Bergen city. The room we stayed in was quite large with a sizeable bathroom, and everything was extremely clean. Hope they expand to more cities!

Clean, quiet, easy to reach. Great value for money.

The staff are super nice and supportive. my shoe have torn out and I came to the day shift staff for an assistance. I don’t expect much but she gave hand and gave me a super glue ❤️ That helps me loaded. I have never thought of such an easy problem solving. She was also recommended a shoe shop in town. that’s great help. The hotel system is great and convenient and more importantly, we still have a human touch.

Perfect location and easy to find from the station. I extended my stay and the stay were more than helpful. Will be staying again 😃

Room size was great! Very comfortable and clean. They also had a fridge and small kitchen that guests could use. It feels like a hostel but we stayed as a couple quite comfortably. They even had information on activities and cheaper dining options which we found super helpful.

Convenient location. close to the fish market/ harbour. very clean and modern. our view was the mountain so its perfect.

I like the fact that the hotel is so badly named. You could be forgiven for expecting a small box room, but far from it, the room is large and spacious

It was really central so we could walk everywhere easily. Our room was really clean and for that price it was a really good room. We would definitely come back again.

Great location, KIWI supermarket is just across the street. Very efficient self check-in & check -out system.

There’s no kitchen only a kettle, a microwave, a toast machine and the vending machine.

Location is excellent. Smooth check-in and check-out process. The room has a good space to move around and open luggages etc.
