A wonderful town. We liked it very much.

Bright clean attic apartment nicely furnished and large comfy beds. Nice bathroom and easy to use washing machine and dryer. In quet residential street near local supermarket and Tai restaurant. We enjoyed our stay.

We were cooking evening meals for a family and found the kitchen could do with more cooking equipment. Also as it rains so much in Bergan and only an outdoor table was available, we felt an in door table ( maybe a folding one to help with space) to eat at would have been good.

Apartment is clean and well-lit. We appreciated the laundry and kitchen. It is a little bit of a walk to the city wharf but not too bad. It was nice and quiet. For the price and the ability to do laundry, it was worth it.

Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a bit of a hike to get to the top of the stairs. Also the ceilings were slanted for most of the space so we kept bumping our heads. We didn't receive the email with the codes so we had to stand out in the rain and contact the host. But they were quick and responsive.

Very clean, basic things in the apartment. Basic things in the kitchen. Everything was shiny, tidy and comfortable.

The host told me that I should put (and I did it) all the linen and towels of all the rooms in the bathroom. Also all the beds were with the linen on the top and they weren’t made up. Also the garbage I didn’t know which ones was the bins outside of the apartment to put all the bags separated. I’m not a lazy person but I was on my holidays and that can make the difference if we pay almost 20% in the cleaning. The place is really clean, tidy and comfortable. You can go in 10min walking to the city center. It’s a quiet place. Everything was good, I totally recommend.

not the best welcoming when you arrive with 2 children almost 23pm (due to delays) and you still have to make your beds. for the price payed it wasn’t the most welcoming situation

Spacious and clean apartment which was comfortable for my family to prepare for my brother’s wedding in Bergen.

Bedrooms and linen were dusty and needed an upgrade.

Very bright living room despite being a basement unit. One of the rooms was very small, both sides of the double bed faced the wall but adequate for a good sleep. Nice apartment for a family of four. Check in and out easy,. Location great.

Sheets were all given but we had to put it on ourselves. Well I know it is not a fancy hotel but again is it too much to put the sheets on?? What's next for this kind of home stay? Do the lawn, paint the rooms before we leave😂😂

modern, spacious, huge windows in living room - lots of natural light. easy to find, easy access to find keys, very responsive to special requests.

smaller bedroom small, but we are tourists, so don’t need big bedroom. we had the 2 bedroom apartment- plenty big for 4 adults.

One of the bedrooms didn't have good enough blinds to block the light but I'm sure that's something that can be fixed! Other than that, it was a nice place.

The location was good for access to the waterfront area and it was close to public transportation.

Location is top of this accomodation. It will not be suitable for people with limited mobility due to the fact that it is on the ground floor and there are stairs but we was happy for that it was calm and clear place.

There was everything you could need in the apartment, close by the city centre, train station and bybanen, Christina was fast to reply to my queries,.

Great location, nice area, everything is around- the old town, shops, bars, tram stop and etc. Flat is cozy, but way different than the photos. The beds are comfy, apartment has a yard. Self check in is very useful.

The apartment is way different than photos: firstly the two bedroom flat is in a basement (only it has windows and a yard, but besides that it is in a flor below). It is quite small, but comfy. The interior is economy, quite tidy. Altghough the dishes and kitchen tools were dirty. The other problem is the heat and and heated water - it is a bit low and if there is a system, it not working above 22 degrees. The water in a shower is also not hot. There were many unusaul rules to follow: you need to do your bedding, there were only 1 big and 1 small towel for 4 days stay, after the stay you need to clean the apartment! That was the most crazy part - you need clean the dishes, take out the trash, take off the sheets, put it in washing machine and etc. If not you will be charged. It's the first time ever i needed to do that when i rent the apartment, especially when the cleaning fee of 54 eur is charged with a price. Also because the bedrooms are on the floor below the noises of walking people in and out and in other appartments is loud. All in all it was OK, but not perfect. The main great thing of this apartment is really good location.

A bright, clean apartment in a quiet road with every facility thought through and great communication with the owners. it was easy to walk to the centre of town and Brugge - lovely old streets and cobbled lanes. Excellent clear instructions about how to get there, keys, etc.

On friday night there was a little noise from students but really not bad.

The location was good with convenient access to supermarkets and the old town attractions. The central station was easy to get to.

The second bedroom with 2 beds was almost impossible to use for 2 people with both beds being jammed against the walls. The mirrored closet in that room had no handle on the only accessible door and its second door opened dangerously into the door of the room risking breakage. The dining table was convenient only for one person and another jammed against the wall and if you extended the table access to the main bedroom was cut off. The table also had too many fragile ornaments in a very confined space. The house manual could do with updating regarding the garbage arrangements.
