Very nice and worth the high price point

Very private, excellent room and staff were very friendly with a high attention to detail

It was on the more expensive side but worth it and there were lots of fireworks going off at different times in the night and morning

Club villas always the place to stay

I've been to the club villas twice now and we love the Villas. I even recommend to family and they had the best time here. Location is amazing and everything close by. Cleaners and workers where amazing and always have a smile on their faces.

Would not recommend if you require privacy

Very spacious rooms and great central location

There’s construction across the road that looks straight into the villas giving you no privacy. We are a Muslim family so this was a big issue for us. When we approached the staff asking for a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation, they flat out refused. They upgraded us to a better room however this still had no privacy and after arguing back and forth, we had no choice but to stay as they refused to refund us. Staff just let themselves into your room in the morning for breakfast with no notice. Breakfast was average at best. Floors are never mopped so your feet are always filthy if you take your shoes off. Unnecessary steps everywhere!!! My son fell down a set of steps every day. Definitely would not stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft, gerne wieder

Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage, Exotischer Garten, grosser Pool, schöne Terrasse, Zugang, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe

I would recommend this place

It was amazing place to stay at, location is right in Seminyak close to restaurants and bars and the mall. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Although room service did come to clean but i found out that they dont change to new sheets till you are gone.

Nice villa in great location.

Great location, lovely pool and the bed was nice. We could walk to the main strip from the villa.

Odd layout of the villa. Lots of wasted space and the shower was crappy pressure.

Fabulous location, facilities a little tired could do with a lift. We would stay again

Location was amazing, eat street was meters away! The beds were big and comfy! The breakfast was included which was great but it was average (came out bit cold) but fair variety to chose from between indo and western food. The info food was nicer imo. Kids enjoyed their pancakes (just need maple syrup) but there are lots of places to eat breaky if you don’t like the breaky. Their green juice was yummy! The staff were always so friendly and respectful of entering the premises if you were there. Always wanting to make our stay good and were friendly to the kids and chatting to them. Even though east street was not far with all the loud music we never were kept awake at night was quiet.

The pool only got some for a few hours during the day as the building next door blocks some light. Also that building looks down into the villa so not total privacy. The fridge seal was very dirty and mouldy- they said they would clean but didn’t. They said water was supplied so I didn’t arrange a water tank but we only got x4 small 200ml bottle a day so I wouldn’t call that water supplied. We were a family of 5. Emailing responses would often take days and they wouldn’t answer part of my questions so had to keep asking etc

Very good

We stayed in 1 bedroom private pool villa. Great location just 100m walk to nirvana bar and eat street. Bed and pillows super comfy. Pool 1.5 mtrs deep and clean. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Villa is as shown in photos but everything is aged. Perhaps no money for maintenance since covid lockdown. The kitchen is not equipped to cook meals, just a pot and pan and not many utensils. But staying on eat street why would you cook!! The internet was hit and miss at times.

Overall a good stay the location is great

Location, pool area , friendly staff, good size villa,privacy.

Main bedroom bed to high, breakfast cold ( not everyday … water being turn off for repairs without notice to visitors, had to ask for room to be made up twice during stay.

Upon arrival no welcome drink, had to request one? Hotel room quality is totally different from photos shown on site. Bathtub stains and dirty. Bathroom had soil area and had drainflies. Toilet smelly, floor moulded and black stains. Pool and room had black ants. Room floor dusty. Electric kettle rusty. Asked for replacement, same another rusty kettle. From Villa 7 we requested for change and Villa 16 equally bad, near a small road, noisy motor bikes and car horns. Big hole just outside next to room door, safety hazard.

The property needs to be renovated

Nothing else but the location, nearby many restaurants and in the middle of the shopping area

The building was so old, the layout was unfriendly. And the bathrooms are bit of spooky. We have to carry our own luggages while it was heavy raining..

If ur single and just their to party and don’t care about ur digs this is the place

The location and the dip pool staff were very friendly I do feel sorry for the staff having to run a place that’s so worn out and I’m sure they will have to keep Saying sorry or put in a position of continued unhappy Customers

Pretty much needs a full make over it has so much potential they just need to spend money on it, it’s a great spot just everything is old and run down. Cupboard doors missing, tv wasn’t even working couldnt program channels it wasn’t plugging into the aerial lol , the first villa smelt like they just finished painting it so ask to go to another and that was a little better but not much it just didn’t smell of that strong Paint smell lol, the location is great just so run down I hope they throw some Money into these little gems and do them all up and renovate and redesigned them they certainly Need it

Disappointing villa

The location of the villa, its in the heart of seminyak and easy to get around or grab a taxi on the go

The beds are extremely high and hard to get on if you aren't a tall person. The showers were not the cleanest with mildew in them. Our room was leaking from the roof, and their to fix it was to put towels on the floor. Things were falling apart and very run down. The actual villas are a far way in from the main street, and with heavy rain it flooded the driveway, and footpaths were not accessible as they were broken with big holes. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Really enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to all the staff.

Club Villas is located just off Laksmana with lots of options for food, drinks and shopping. The villa itself is very spacious with a great outdoor area and pool. Breakfast is delivered daily; plenty of options for a stay of one week. The staff were fabulous, courteous and friendly. This is Bali - so there is always going to be minor issues. Having stayed in lots of different places in Bali (hotels and villas), Club Villas rates reasonably high.

Very enjoyable

The villa was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and location was excellent, very close to restaurants and shops. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was average and never arrived on time. This made it difficult for us on the days when we had tours booked. Rooms were not made up until late in the day and not enough toiletries were supplied, specifically toilet paper, shower gel and hair conditioner.

The whole Villa was good BUT is run down and needs maintenance. The bedroom downstairs smelt of Mold , they cleaned the aircon filter which was black which helped a bit but still had the mold smell the whole trip

Villa life

Having a private pool, kitchen and outdoor area was perfect. We stayed here for Nyepi. We were not able to leave our villa. However the staff were extremely accommodating bringing us room service and having access to wifi. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Disappointing

Location- just off the main street and easy walking distance to beach Staff - friendly & attentive. Were prompt when we asked for things.

This is our 2nd visit here, and it has deteriorated immensely. Villa is old, shabby, and is missing basic items such as a microwave, toaster, and bottle opener. Gas bottle empty in kitchen. Bed does not have bedside lamps.The bathroom had empty bottles of body wash. Also missing standard villa information such as wifi password and in villa dining menu which we had to ask for. Breakfast arrived an hour later than ordered and was cold, so we ate out for the rest of our time here.
