Eco friendly , staff are accommodating . Self checkin available for late night arrivals (very quick and easy!).

Staff desk staff available only until 11pm - I actually enjoyed the experience but this may not be suitable however for older people or people with disabilities . No information on how to connect to wifi. HOWEVER , you can call the hotel manager/staff 24/7. good to have local sim if you need to call before you get to your room. Otherwise , you can dial from your room

The breakfast and restuarant were excellent and the loft bar cozy with a good view of the city.

Friendly staff and amazing suites!

We really liked the style of the room and the comfort/amenities. Very comfy bed and great tea/coffee/personal care product selection to try. Location was great and we enjoyed having drinks at the rooftop bar. Reception staff were lovely!

We were on our honeymoon and this wasn’t mentioned til we left which is OK but a bit disappointing for this standard of hotel. Also we were given room 6 which I think after reading previous reviews we were unlucky - right opposite a restaurant toilet so a bit noisy. Given we booked well in advance and mentioned it was our honeymoon - this wasn’t ideal! Also there was empty plastic water bottles/rubbish from (we assumed) the previous guests in a cupboard above the fridge in the room -not the best but a forgivable mistake!

Spicers has an amazing restaurant, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The staff were without exception, so friendly, so helpful and responsive. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The leaf tea varieties in the room were a decadent touch (usually it’s only the coffee drinkers who get the extra love)

The rooms and off street parking are very compact

Murray served us in the restaurant- excellent knowledge of the menu, attentive service. He is an asset to your team
