三卧室公寓太小了，虽然已经不是最小的那个房型，仍旧很小。三间卧室实际上只有一间有对外的窗户。客厅也非常小，沙发看上去不干净。住这里唯一的亮点是高层看景，但因为落地窗玻璃很脏而看不清楚。 看review说停车困难，所以我们停车事先预约也确认了，但抵达时仍旧跟我们讲没有空位了，让我们去旁边的停车场。到了旁边的停车场转到顶层也没有空位，回来跟前台问怎么办，突然又有位子了，而且住宿几天里车库里车都不是很多。这令人生气，莫名其妙的浪费我们的时间。

très belle chambre bien placée et une belle vue sur le fleuve.Hotel bien placé pas trop loin du centre à pied.Les stations de train de bus et les magasins sont tout prés . Si je reviens je réserverai chez vous.

Dans la chambre le canapé du salon était taché et il y avait des moucherons .

Loading zone out the front of the building is a nightmare when checking in and out. Always full and no where to park your car in a busy street

Staff were brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful. Microwave stopped working so they offered to finish cooking my meal in their staff oven. Then faulty microwave replaced first thing the next day.

Excellent value for money. Incredible views of the city.

There was an unfortunate mix up with room allocation initially but this was dealt with promptly by staff.

Location and quality of apartment

Check in was slow and a bun fight. Disappointing because the team rang the day before arrival and offered early check in.

The reception staff, were the most kind and caring people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Made the stay amazing even if I was down for hip surgery.

The staff was very lovely, we also were please to see that the tv was a smart one.

We wish there was some type of sheer curtain over the windows so we could have them open but with a bit more privacy

no hot water in the shower, very uncomfortable beds, no room service, lifts took forever, there was weird internal glass windows in the bedrooms with little privacy. fans in shower didn’t work, overall for the money we spent it was definitely not worth it.

Yet again cleaning practises are not being adhered too. Evidence of the last guest was everywhere. Long hairs on wall tiles in bathroom. Small black hairs on toilet seat. The IKEA mattress protectors had yellow staining. under bed I found a smoking implement. Saucepans in cupboard have not been cleaned since a prior guest burnt their meal deep into it and have simple put the pan back into cupboard. Seriously CLIXX train your staff on how to clean. A 22min wait to check in with a line up out the door is crazy. Then only one person working desk for check ins. Jason did a great job in a trying situation. CLIXX get more staff. There are plenty about looking. But for me NEVER AGAIN. Twice stayed and both times Cleanliness is Urgently Required.

The view was amazing, staff very helpful and were respectful, other residents we’re very kind also. Gym was clean and a beautiful view, pool was amazing but was freezing as i was 66 floors high and the wind makes you freeze and not wanna get out.

The parking was very confusing but I eventually figured it out, This is just a personal opinion I don’t understand why their isn’t a tv in the master bedroom or any of them, was kind of disappointing but alas was an amazing view to think and look at

View and location were fabulous and the building was well appointed. It was as we had expected.

Decor was very sparse. No rails to hang towels. Only three chairs at dining table, three stools at kitchen island and sofa only seated 2 people for a two bedroom apartment sleeping 4 people.
