The hotel is right next to the mall, which was extremely convenient as there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also a stopping point for the Hop On Hop Off bus, so it is well suited for tourists. Also, the woman at reception and the manager worked very hard to allow me to check in early as I was quite tired from my flight. It was wonderful to be able to have the room a little earlier than expected. The housekeeper also helped with me with my room key multiple times when I was having difficulty getting into the room (my fault).

Breakfast and room size

When we went to check-in they advised that there was only 1 room booked, we showed the confirmation then they said there were 3 rooms booked. We also did not get the type of room selected and paid for. Staff said they cant help its a booking.com issue.

Can't beat the location for restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. So many restaurants recommended by friends and acquaintances happen to be in Rosebank and you can't beat the Sunday market either! Breakfast was excellent and the staff super helpful when we had to return for some forgotten clothing.

Our room was spacious but empty of furniture. Seemed like the TV was too small and at a great distance from the bed, which was the only place from which to watch the TV.

Staff was awesome from Front office,bar man ,house keeping waiters and the Driver,special thanks to Mr Themba who was always here to help me from my booking and stay,easy access to the Mall by lifts ,security always reminds me about the safety ,but out of all trip was awesome.

1st i have book a smoking room but when i reach it wasn’t available but i made a request and it was offered later. 2.was so cold at night 1st day they provide me with a blanket. 3.on the 2nd day i have request a heater or blanket but nothing. 4.on the eve i learn that the heater thermostat was not working they provide me a letter of apology,a plate of fruits and rewards,but i didn’t mine because i was happy that they gave me a heater for my last night. 5.Tv chanels are not worth it hope they provide large variety of channels. 6.Many people like me dnt eat pork and beef ,i just hope that they provide additional chicken and sea foods for breakfast.

Everything, both Location, breakfast and the room was a top notch. the location exceeded my expectation because its in the center of the City, very convenient for tourists.

the Wi-Fi was kind of slow, and the fact that air conditioner only works when I remove the card which leave me in the dark.

Good variety for the breakfast. The location was ideal to where I had to be and the fact that it was close to the mall with easy access was also very helpful.

The replenishment of the water/tea/coffee facilities as well as the shampoo, soap, etc could have been better.
