The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed and constantly asked if they could help in anyway, They offered daily service and cleaning of the apartment but we declined as we were there just three days and did not need it (prefer to not have the disruption / intrusion these days since Covid) . The decor and furnishings were very stylish and comfortable. A great sized and layout of the main kitchen-dining-living area

The kitchen had a twin bowl sink. The left hand sink had the plug in it when we arrived. We put some water in the sink and washed some cups, saucers and plates (we always wash this stuff before we first use it) - when I pulled out the plug I heard a noise below and on opening the cupboard door saw that water was leaking out of the drain pipe and fixings. I quickly replaced the plug and checked & tightened the UPVC fittings (Bonkers - someone was clearly hiding this). I then let the rest of the water out. It still leaked but much less so. We used a tea towel to mop up the water. I fetched a member of staff and showed them the issue - We explored the worst of the leaky fittings together and could see the seal was damaged and the fitting needed replacing) . They said they would try to get the pipe and fittings replaced from a local store - They were never replaced ! and we left the towel on the cupboard floor for our stay. The bathroom is a poor shape and size and smelled of poor drainage. We thought it might have been due to not being used for a while so we ran the shower and sink for a while to flush the drains - this improved the situation a good deal but did not entirely remove the smell. The apartment is on a busy traffic corner (early morning traffic and hooters) and opposite a large restaurant with a large outdoor area which has music speakers installed in the trees. They play music through these speakers all day until 10:30 pm - irritating. On Saturday they had a live band on outside - very loud but at least over by 8pm. The apartment has 2 really nice terraces with seating, but no sunshade /parasol so on a very sunny day you cannot sit out there !

Best thing was the fact that, as we were so disappointed, we were offered our money back, although there were no other alternatives available.

What a huge disappointment. My wife was in tears when we stepped inside. The apartment ,was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com - Don’t book apartment 4.

Excellent communication before and during stay with Wellington. Beautiful main bedroom, stunning little pool area, unusual 2 level accommodation tastefully decorated.

Supposed to be serviced daily, but returned after a long day touring the area to an unserviced apartment. Management compensated. No dishwasher, yet listed.

The apartments are located in a central part of Franschhoek. They are well equipped and very clean. All the staff are very friendly in particular Wellington. Check in and out was done very swiftly. The pictures do not do justice to the apartments. Highly recommended and we will be back again. Thank you.

We weren't aware of the daily load shedding and an alarm went off in the fridge every time the power came back on, so we were woken in the early hours each morning when it sounded and had to turn it off again.

The staff was friendly and efficient in arranging our parking and early check-in. The apartment is very clean and well located in the heart of Franschhoek.

Lovely location and friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned every day. Design is beautiful and I loved that we had a private outside area.

There was some renovations going on which would have been nice if they informed us prior to our visit as it was right outside our bedroom windows.
