The apartment is located in the very center of Kyiv in 3 minutes walk from the Saint Volodymyr Hill and Maidan Nezalezhnosti square, better location even impossible to imagine. Inside the apt is very light and cozy, nothing super special, but everything is in decent condition. And a small balcony certainly gives a special charm, it is nice to drink wine or coffee here. We were meet by welcoming host and and handed over the keys right on the spot. It is my pleasure to leave the best review from our stay here with a sincere recommendation of this place.

great location at the very vibrant, creative district full of great restaurants, cafes and bars. the property has the balcony that is the best balcony in the neighborhood! the property has everything that you might need for a short stay

the elevator does not go to the floor of the apartment so in case you have a lot of heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up. the apartment is on the second floor, but as ceiling are high, so we felt the weight of our suitcases

Good location in the center. Apartments are clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room (shampoo, slippers, hair dryer, cutlery). Balcony with great street view. Good staff!

Amazing location. Does not get better than this--I was in the Kostolnya street apartment, and it was absolutely amazing location. Great price too. Exceptional value for price. Sergiy was hospitable, and I had a wonderful trip.

Don't come here expecting high-end amenities. :P Let's be realistic, for the price paid you're getting pretty good housing, in an older building, the unit itself is clean, but from an older era. Modern amenities (TV/wifi/washing machine/tub/AC/etc.) but don't expect to vibe like you're at the Marriot lol.
