Дуже зручна ванна , зручне ліжко. Шикарний персонал, окрема вдячність адміністратору Олені яка зробила перебування максимально комфортним!

Брудні шви на кафелі в душовій кабіні.

Мені сподобалась система оповіщення, чистота і чудовий персонал. Не перший раз залишаюсь в цьому готелі по роботі. На паркінгу чудове сховище, і кавою напоють і печивом нагодують, також можна послухати якусь цікаву конференцію під час тривоги! Дівчата з рецепції дуже ввічливі і приємні. Ліжка зручні. В тому році залишилась в Radisson blu після операції, яку проводили мені в Києві, круто виспалась, після 11тої години ніхто не підганяв виселятись, з чудовим настроєм виїхала з готеля після 13:00.

Трошки завеликі ціни в головному ресторані, якогось разу там вечеряли, а сніданки зазвичай у всіх готелях входять в вартість помешкання, а тут ні

Great location and staff. The breakfast is good. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Overall, it allowed for a nice place to rest at the end of the day.

The bathroom has a glass window into the room. So, if you were having a guest or an intimate setting everyone can see what's happening in the toilet

The breakfast includes different options that should meet all tastes. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was provided with good toiletries and a bathrobe (which I prefer to use). Many restaurants and a supermarket are in few minutes walking distance.

Almost nothing to mention. It is just that I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the A/C; however, I didn’t want to bother the hotel about it, given the actual situation in Ukraine.

Unable to control the temperature in the room. Issues with toilet flushing.

The hotel is what a good 4-star hotel should be. The staff is well trained. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is well-designed and equipped. The breakfast was satisfying.

The fact that the staff is acting like robots. No real effort to solve problems. My initial reservation was for one night. When in the morning I asked the receptionist to prolong the stay for an additional night I was told that I have to place a new Booking reservation. The attempt to manage the reservation on Booking failed. The receptionist remained unperturbed and refused to prolong the stay via Booking. After a discussion that should not have taken place, the receptionist told me that she will speak with the reservation manager. When I returned to the hotel in the evening the problem wasn't solved. I asked the receptionist to speak with the reservation manager. She refused! She also said that it is not her problem that the Booking doesn't function properly and it doesn't allow me to manage my reservation. So I ended by placing a new reservation at the hotel's full price. Bad attitude, bad approach! Very tricky technique to make get some more money from the clients. By the way, I am a hotel administration and management professional so I know exactly what I am talking about!

As always, Radisson has never dissapointed me.

Point of improvement is the lack of privacy when you go to WC in Superior Room. There is design see through window that is 100 % see through at various points in the window. I think the CEO of Radisson will not make a number 2 in this bathroom .... It is a small detail, but just changing the window would make it perfect.
