חדר גדול
מקבלים חדר ב 16:00, פינוי ב 10:00, כך שבפועל מפסידים יום כי ביום האחרון לא יכולים ללכת לבריכה למשל כי אין איפה להתקלח, אין אפשרות לקום קצת מאוחר, פנינו לקבלה לבקש לצאת ב 12:00, נאמר לנו לבוא ביום העזיבה בבוקר ולבדוק, הסברתי שזה אומר לקום גם ככה מוקדם ו והכוונה לא לקום מוקדם ענו 'זה הנוהל'.
רעש נוראי משעה 6:30 ועד 1:00 של קייטנות, או משהו בסגנון, לא ברור למה את האנשים שמשלמים לחופשה לא שמים בצד אחד של המלון ואת הקייטנות בצד אחר.
בחדר מלא יתושים, חצי לילה הרגנו חלק ועדיין קמנו בבוקר עקוצים.
לא ממש הרגשנו חופשה וחבל.

מיקום המלון, גודל החדר, מתקנים
התהליך בקבלה מסורבל ולא הגיוני. קודם עושים צק אין באינטרנט כולל צילומי תז וכדומה. כשמגיעים למלון מחכים בתור ואין תור מזורז למי שכבר עשה את רוב ההליך באינטרנט (אפילו תשלום מלא כבר בוצע). אחר כךל מקבלים הודעה שיודיעו כשהחדר מוכן. ולבסוף כשהחדר מוכן מתברר שיש לחכות את כל התור שוב (כשממילא רובו נוצר בגלל אנשים שעושים לראשונה צ'ק אין) רק כדי לקבל מפתח. ממש מתבקש שיהיה נציג לתור מקוצר למסירת חדרים / לצק אין מקוצר

מלון שיש בו הכל מבחינת מתקנים, מיקום מרכזי, סאונה , חדר כושר מרשים ובריכות ענקיות. החדר שקיבלנו מאוד מרווח ומאובזר
אסור לבוא בעונת השיא. מיליון ילדים וצעקות בלובי ובאזור הבריכה, הארוסטיקה מזעזעת ושומעים את כל הרעש. מי שאגיש לרעשים שלא יבוא לשם.אין שקט גם לא שסתיים בלילה. יש הבדל משמעותי בין להתארח בשיא העונה לבין לא בעונה. לא הייתי ממליצה לזוגות. רק למשפחות עם ילדים

Great beautiful room, spacious, well equipped, overlooking the pool area, lovely balcony.
The location, there were plenty of activities and amenities for kids, music and good atmosphere, free parking!

The facilities are fantastic: two saunas, spacious jacuzzi, spa, we really liked that part of the hotel. The room service absolutely exceptional, they've kept the room very clean. The location is good: it's a few hundred meters away from the sea / restaurants, and there's a small number of shops directly next to the hotel, which is super convenient.
The noise levels are intolerable at all times, I had to use earplugs constantly while in the room. Hundreds of shrieking babies are accompanied by their very loud parents, and the hotel's own music performances. This does NOT end at night. When we got to the airport at the end of our trip, I was shocked as to how quiet it was by comparison — an enormous building with hundreds of people and literal aircraft engines blasting just outside, it was a much quieter environment than our hotel room.

Room was pretty big, hot shower - that was the only comfort of staying at this hotel.
Eilat had the ability to gather all of Israel’s most vile people, and for some reason they all get together at the “Club Hotel” - Constant noise, music, drunk teenagers and a pretty bad stay overall.

The location is nice
Kids beds (open sofa) was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was dirty with food floating and the pool slides were closed really early evening when there was plenty of time to enjoy it.

In the room, the 3 bad was not ready, and seans we arrived at 21:00 it was very annoying, and the check-in prosses was a bad experience overall.
