יחס של בעלת המקום, נוחות הגעה, שיח מקדים עם בעלת המקום, העובדה שהיו כלים וחומרי ניקוי כאפשרות עבורנו, העובדה שהמטבח היה מצוייד,.
מספר מקקים ( אולי זה בגלל תחילת הקיץ), המזרנים היו בסדר אך עבורנו זו חופשה אז יש ציפיה למזרן איכותי
