Bed was uncomfortable, we did not have hot water in the morning for showers. Room definitely is over priced. we stayed in much better places for less in Morocco.

Room was just as advertised…very Hollywood. Just wish we had more time to spend more than one night. Breakfast was great…served in a raised dining area. Staff were exceptional. Allowed us to leave our luggage while we toured Atlas Studios and arranged a taxi for us. After tour provided us a place to recoup and get some much needed water. Then arranged another taxi to take us to Ait Benhaddou at a very good price.

The only problem: the showers. Low water pressure, and little warm water. It is almost impossible to take a shower.

Clean, good reception. We had an hamburguer with potatos that was really good. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Low water pressure in the shower. One of the masseuses was not skilled, seemed like she was not trained. The restaurant and basically the whole hotel closes at 23h. We had to pay the massages in cash. The common areas are not used in the beat way possible.
