Großes Zimmer, viel Platz, modernes Bad, Frühstück als Buffett mit Käse und Omelett

Sauberkeit (Haare der Vorgänger), die Schimmelstellen an der Dusche, die Beleuchtung des Zimmers (ist ungemütlich)

Les casseroles dans un très mauvais état,blanchatre et rouillé, le frigo qui n'est pas dutout a la hauteur de la suite,, assez loin du centre ville, le wifi qui se déconnecte a certain moment, la petite télé en plus très éloignée du canapé, pas de machine a laver

Superb location, walking distance from the beach. Clean studio apartments , staff were super friendly

After checking in we weren’t given much information about breakfast timings or pool information. Fridge was not working asked reception to get looked at was told engineer will but no one came to sort that out. Next day we went out and cleaners took my sons brace elastics off table and binned them!!! I went to receptionist and was told I shouldn’t have left them on table!! Nothing was done about it for 3 days!! I then asked another receptionist who kindly called every orthodontist to find out if they have the bands.lucky she found someone who then delivered and i was charged for bands and delivery! Hotel took no responsibility! On day 4 we had no toilet paper and i had to ask the receptionist 3 times to be given some! Breakfast was minimum.

Rude male receptionist and very unhelpful Not much choice for breakfast.

Kitchenette, veranda, clean, location 5 minute walk from beach

80% of the time NO WiFi…ZERO. Staff non responsive when called despite promising “ send technician” asap. When I had chat at desk upon checkout they smiled sheepishly and said “we know”. Music at pool blasts all day and from inside room one can’t block it out. Many of the kitchen staff were grumpy. Except for the lead man.
