everything was perfect

We loved it here! So comfortable and clean with excellent facilities and amazing views of the bay. It’s about 30-40 minutes to walk to the old town but it’s all flat and by the water. The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We couldn’t believe how nice this place was and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kotor

We booked the studio apartment. The room is clean and the view is great. We missed a utensil in the apartment, but got it immediately when we told the host. So that's great I think. The cleaning lady and host are both kind and helpful people. The location is near the sea (>1 minute walk). It's less busy here than closer to Kotor, we found that a plus. We borrowed mountainbikes to visit the old town of Kotor, it's a short bike ride.

Everything was great at the apartment, so no bad things to write about that. Kotor itself was very busy with cars at the main road, that was something we liked less. We had a lot of traffic jam when we visited another place by car. It's better to book a boat trip if you want to visit other places in the bay.

The apartment is spacious, view from the balcony is beautiful, location is 30 mins walking from central, but very walkable in the evening time Small shop and restaurants nearby The pool is an added bonus for my little daughter, we loved our stay here

Perfect value for money. The apartment was nice, much better than the photo's on Booking. The pool was great, never busy while we were there in high season. We could rent bikes for free, they even had a seat for our daughter, so we could go to Kotor by bike, which is very handy and a short bike ride. The appartement was cleaned every day and the airco worked well. The view from the balcony was great. The owners are also very nice people.

Clean and comfortable room and very helpful hosts.

It's a wonderful place to stay. Everything including beach is really close to apartment. It's a silent place, and amazing for rest.

Really liked the location, 25 min walk to the old town but a really nice walk along the bay where you cross many restaurants. Free bicycles which we used every day for exploring Perast or go to the bus station. Swimming pool was really nice in summer. Room and hygiene were excellent and most important the hostess was so friendly and helpful. Would really recommend this place and would definitely come back here if we visit Montenegro again!

Everything was great!

The apartment was in a great location within a nice 30-40 min walk along the waterfront to Kotor old town. There were quite a few excellent restaurants nearby as well as many along the waterfront on the way to the old town so choice was plentiful and varied. Our hosts were excellent and so welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The swimming pool was such a welcome addition at the end of the day when sight seeing or just enjoying a lazy afternoon. The property had bikes available to ride for free as well. Would highly recommend this property.

Nothing except we had to leave :(

close to the bay. the water is very warm and the beach is not crowded. there is a restaurant nearby, so no need to go to Kotor to eat (note that it's around 30 min walk to reach Kotor). there is a private parking on-site.

note that there are still some other buildings between the apartment building and the bay, so the water view is partially blocked, even though it's still very beautiful.

Very kind and friendly staff, excellent service, exceptional position near the sea coast, extremely clean, peacefull and queit, we will be back for shure!!!

Friendliness of the staff

We thought these studios and apartments were excellent. They are situated in a very quiet area and have a great view over the bay. It was lovely just sitting out on the balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We used the small pool on a couple of occasions, a nice spot to relax after sightseeing. There are a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance plus a mini-market. It takes about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of town, but it's a beautiful stroll along the promenade. We usually got a taxi back, they're readily available and only charge about 3 euros. Would certainty stay here again if we return to Kotor.
