Pool area lovely

Room tired and dated. Card needed for all power so when you took your room card out the aircon and fridge and all sockets shut down. My fridge was mouldy on arrival.

We loved how you felt so welcomed. The staff are so helpful and willing to assist you with any need you have. Family based business and it shows how caring and supportive they are. I had asked lots of questions before our arrival, and always answered quickly. These adorable kitties that were in the sitting area warmed our hearts! ❤️

The view is good, depending where the windows face, but not different or better then other beach side location

The whole hotel is somewhat under construction, indoor and outdoors. Heavy wear and tear everywhere mixed with some new furniture and paint. Not really attractive. Don't really understand the rating of 8.5. Breakfast is only OK.

Where do I start? Absolutely cannot believe the ‘good’ scores for this hotel! A VERY disappointing place. Staff totally disinterested. Wasn’t greeted when we arrived, just glanced at us and made to wait whilst they chatted. Was ignored during our stay! Food was awful, breakfast huge lack of choice. Queued for 20 mins to be given an omelette made made with no choice of ingredients, made with what looked like some leftover salad. Nothing seemed clean. I was ill after eating at the restaurant! Towels for sun-beds were so small, old and discoloured. Rooms very, very tired and shabby. Tiniest elevator, not fit for purpose! Steps into the sea very unsafe!.
