Clean, chic, modern, professional, personable staff and luxury rooms (by Cali standards).
Nothing! If they want to improve the experience, add slippers and robes.

The rooms are nice, some are smaller and some are larger. I liked the larger rooms better. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. The staff is very pleasant and polite. I like that the hotel was near nice shops and food places. Many are within walking distance which is convenient. Others are a short car ride away. The neighborhood was safe, clean, and in a good part of town.

The Now Hotel is amazing loved the natural décor spread out the hotel. It has this very natural chic vibe I liked about it. Nice jazz/house/techno music playing throughout the day and night in their courtyard area. I cant wait when their finish renovating their rooftop pool/bar area.
That the pool/bar area wasn't open.
