Upscale but still casual. Very comfortable no matter what I was wearing. The staff was always willing to take care of my needs or answer my questions.

The on site restaurants were amazing, but it seemed to be very difficult to get any simple food items.

I really like the room. they also provide guest a filter water tab so you don't need to ask for more water bottle if you need it. I think every hotel need to have this kind of thoughtful idea. it's really save plastic waste as well and on the other hand very convenient for guests too. they also provide very nice amenities for guest too.

maybe the staffs need to be more friendly. not all of them were not friendly but most of them have very serious face although they're polite.

The hotel was conveniently located to food options, which were across the street. E.g. Fu Wah and Tai Hing. Night food choices are more vibrant there. To get to MTR requires a long walk to Hung Hom (15min) or a longer walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station (didn't try) Their buffet was very, very good. Sunday champagne brunch (free flow) was great. Selections include seared scallops on creamed spinach topped with caviar, pan fried lobster (live kitchen), crab meat and fish roe on toast etc Mini bar was freeeeeee and refilled every day :)

Proximity to mtr

We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was very comfortable and the location was great. I thought the food was overpriced compared to other options nearby.

The price of the buffet was way too expensive, considering alternatives. The bar facilities on level 9 were often unattended which was disappointing.

Good service by staff. Dropped wallet and they recovered it for me. Thx to the lvl 28 Above and Beyond staff and the Hotel Staff.

TV wasn’t working, internet kept on disconnecting

Location. Convenient to go anywhere. Staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel is not new but well upkept. Promotional rate is super attractive. I had two excursions and hotel is happy to keep some of my luggages between trips. Really appreciate this service

Perhaps only the shower cube.Water easily spilled over. And not enough hooks for hanging clothes.

The room was nice and spacious , the staff was friendly , the location convenient and there was a good breakfast and lunch restaurant.

In normal times the hotel might be a bit pricey , but that wasn't an issue now at discounted rates.
