Park Royal's location is a plus being walking distance to Shwedagon, Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke Aung San Market and Junction City. There are a lot of restaurants within reach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to concierge and front office staff, I am sorry I forgot their names.

The bed is too soft, cause back pain on my travel partner and numb and little pain on my upper back..
The shower water leaking from the glass door and made floor wet.
Don't like carpet as carpet accumulate germ, smell and dust..
