The loppy was amazing, the staff are kind and helpful, rooms are clean and tidy
No smoking area, most of the food is traditional indian (less known common recipes)

the in room dining wasnt the best ive had so far. the food didnt seem fresh - i ordered pasta at midnight since i checked in late but it was a below average pasta.

Water bottled were packaged like colddrink and i injured my fingure. they need to repalce that dangerous water bottles. came to know already lot of guests have injured their fingures.

Great service. Narendra the cleaning guy was exceptional and surprised us with different towel art. the restaurant manager was also most accommodating when we needed extra things during breakfast.

everything .. imp is staff .. everybody from front desk to Restaurant to Room Service and Cleaning.. fantastic... I would like to name all but dont have all names but to note Dharamohan , Jyotirmaya, Nirmala etc. others too .. each one is helpful

Sometime Room Dining Delivery Time was more than expected (35 to 45 min) but its minor thing so im okay with it.

Hotel and rooms are in great, clean shape. The staff was excellent. Great service. Food was also great.
We rented the Business office for a few days. The light control is "not" in the room.
We had to ask the staff to turn the lights on/off. Few lights were very bright, thus it required extra effort to communicate with the individual somewhere else to turn which lights off or on.
