Overpriced Executive Room, Breakfast has variety but not tasty, Rooftop restaurant served ordinary overpriced food

Breakfast was quiet a feast, had lots of variety both from south, north india, continental and European style breakfast Worth the money

Sugar Cane Juice!! Service at check in, service at entry every time was exceptional. very comforting and hospitable. impressed that staff remembered guests names, details, purpose of stay, recommendations etc. Always felt like we were coming home when coming back from the city/shopping trips etc. restaurant food quality was very good, very enjoyable, tasty and service was excellent. technical staff (technicians/plumbers) were very respectful, diligent and understanding. very thankful for oil heater received as room temperature could not be warmed up using a/c system. Around the clock service was always very much appreciated and very useful . breakfast was the best enjoyed in any hotel in india.

some things were not enjoyed such as being moved from table to table during breakfast, Service at check out. Price for additional services such as taxi to/from airport would have been utilised but for being more than double the normal rate, and not really using premium cars etc. Service staff wearing shoes inside guests rooms was not appreciated. little difficult to explain/deal with. not sure how we can use the room with bare feet or paper like slippers after cleaning/waiting staff had come in and gone out. slipper sizes needs the be variable for variable feet size. some facilities in room were not working such as vanity lighting on the mirror. some of the main light switches (no one told us how to operate these). check in and check out time needs to be more flexible, esp for guests catching international flights. we essentially overpaid for 1/2 day, as we checked out on friday midnight as flight was at 4am from Bangalore airport. little annoying that breakfast catering staff did not know how to take orders or serve. we had to ask different people for different things.

Très belle chambre et bien équipée avec vue sur le lac. L'exécutive lodge du niveau 20 l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, la piscine est très agréable.

la salle du petite déjeuné trop petite et bruyante et le service un peu long et désorganisé , nous avons donc pris nos petits déjeuné au niveau 20 dans l'exécutive lodge qui est lui très bien.

The pool spa and food

The security head insulted me. I will not tolerate that man next to me next time. Next complaint will go to the cops

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection and very attentive staff to take care of you. My wife and I had 3 treatments at the Spa and they exceeded our expectations. Atu was excellent and needs special commendation for her professional massage technique and warm personality.

I was placed in a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room. Although the staff said it was a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray on the table. I was subsequently moved to a nonsmoking room. This should have been prevented as I requested this prior to my arrival.
