The view is wonderful, the courtyard is very pleasant, with a good improvised beach place by the sea, the parking spaces are an advantage, the bar-restaurant near the pool offers a few dishes daily, breakfast is acceptable, but the rooms are very small, incredibly small I would say (when you go up with your luggage you actually have no more place to move around) and, for a 4-star hotel, would require some improvements. The location itself is ok – 10 min walk downhill from the port and the restaurants, but, on the way back, the time is double climbing up the hill, Bella Vraka beach is no more than 5 minutes walk away. Except for the accommodation conditions – the small and outdated room and bathroom, which require some improvements, the location is, however, very pleasant. Also, the staff deserves to be appreciated for their availability and attention.

The location was amazing, close to two beautiful beaches. The view from the hotel, the swimming pool and our room's balcony was stunning! We loved the premises, everything was beautiful, surrounded by lovely flowers and trees. There was also a little path to the sea! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!

The swimming pool needs to be maintained, however that didn't stop us from spending a long time there. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

location perfect, the most stunning views ever experienced in Greece and short walk into town, hilly for the way back though. lots of options for chillin, pool , rock jetty and 2 beaches near by couple of kayaks to use too brilliant.

bar was a little over priced but all good food and drink. Restaurant not open at night , so not an option as suggested in the write up but just worked around that.

Room a little small. Gardens and public areas a little run down. Decking near sea dangerous with rusty poles with jagged edges, if you slipped you would impale yourself

Gorgeous setting. Access to both sea and pool. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool bar.

Very little storage, especially if using sofa bed as difficult to access. More hooks etc would also be welcome.

together with my daughter and my grandson we were in Sivota on holiday and lived at Costa Smeralda I had no great expectations but oh what a mistake I had. it was the best service everything from the cleaning staff to the restaurant / bar and reception, they were always happy positive and even problem solvers thank you all very much you made my trip memorable. the hotel was good with nice views some rooms were smaller and some others bigger it was just deciding what one wanted. the dining room was in traditional greek style with a nice view. Highly recommend this if you are looking for something better with the finest staff

Size of the bed

Perfect location, lovely staff and a very quiet corner of Sivota. Perfect last minute get away, we will be back. Pool is beautiful and very picturesque with a lovely little pool bar where the staff make you feel very welcome. Pontoon is just perfect with easy accessible steps for a nice swim amongst the fishes in the crystal clear water.

Staff were excellent, views were excellent, pool was excellent and the bar was excellent. However, there were a number of issues that were problematic.

Safe could not be used or opened, although a new safe arrived after 3 days this was not secured to anything so was an unsafe safe. First Kettle took the main room breaker out whenever it was switched on, the second Kettle didn't but did not work., Third time lucky! Outside door light did not work nether did the patio light. No coffee, milk or sugar was supplied we had to buy our own. Cups were not cleaned, beds were not made. Parking was also difficult even in a Yaris.

The location was excellent and the pool beautiful.

More up to date functional bathrooms. Every time we had a shower the bathroom was flooded. The shower only had a shower curtain not what you’d expect from a four star hotel which it was definitely not. Not enough hanging space for towels etc. The room cleaners didn’t think they should wash our used glasses and coffee cups which we had to do ourselves using a towel! A proper decent breakfast without the instruction please only take 30 minutes for breakfast. As it was the eggs and bacon were cold so you wouldn’t want to stay longer than 30 minutes and on day two at 9.20 they had run out of bacon. Service continues until 1030! The health and safety was appalling going to the sea I would even say dangerous. All needs to be replaced. Having spoken with the Manager and raised the above issues she assured us they will be rectified. We shall see. We have friends visiting Syvota next year we would DEFINITIVELY NOT recommend this property.

The manager and the owner are completely useless :D she is walking around with a face if somebody died. Every day. The wooden bridge into the e water is quite dangerous and old, so are the kayaks. Food is mediocre

Every thing! Quiet with great view of the sea! Super nice service! Nice private little beach with crystal clear water. We can swim to the famous Bella vackra beach, which the kids love the most, there are many small fishes under the clear water “attacking” legs and feet.

Each member of the team is friendly, generous and discreet at the same time. This delicate balance is made possible by the authenticity that is the hallmark of the house. I appreciated that there was little background music, only at the bar, with a pleasantly low volume.

Why install a refrigeration unit on the restaurant terrace? In the sun? Where the noise of the compressor disturbs the customers?
