All staff were super friendly and helpful.It's a very welcoming place.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
Location is good, a few restaurants and small shopping mall nearby. There's a nice little park almost next to the hotel.
Close to the airport.
The bedsheets felt quite synthetic and the pillows were not that comfortable.
No on-site outdoor space to relax.
Breakfast is sufficient, but nothing special. No fresh fruits.

Breakfast don't come with my room book and have to be paid separately. I am fine with it until when I went for breakfast, the food variety and taste wasn't to my expectation.

Dry-fruits could have been included in the breakfast.
Soap/Conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was not functioning properly.

Staff was PATHETIC in calculating the room rent tariff( UPENDRA was getting calculation done by the bell boy of room service.
The calculation for the food discount was also wrong. I had to show them how to calculate.
Hopeless service.

I love the staff from bell hop to housekeeping as specially breakfast stuff.

Two things, 1) bottles of water in room was not by standard because it was filled in glass bottles and given back. Really didn't like it. I had to boil it and let it cool down so I can fill it bottle. 2) breakfast needs some work. Was not impressed..
