Noting...the first day room was of only 196 sq feets...not worth for money charged.
Overall Hotel and it's booking system.

One day(6th Aug 23 Night) ala cart menu Chicken lababdar was so salty we couldnt had it and next day we three suffered from stomach upset in the morning. I infromed chief shef Mr Kamal in this regard.
Kitchen preparation should be checked before serving to Guest.

The room size is small than the one shown in the photos and does not have an iron box. Gym is very small too.

Sizes of the room are too small for the price charged. Also I was given the room at the last of the last even after requesting a room with best view at highest floor.
Overall, this is a 3 star hotel experience and not 5 star hotel at all.

The Staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly, excellent hospitality, the breakfast was excellent. The food was good especially breakfast. the rooms were nice.
GYM manager who was not friendly and could not honour massage time which was fixed by him. He did not apologise for his mistake. The swimming pool area was left untidy following a party night before.
