the room was spacious, the hotel is nice and cute and it’s close to different options of food. Southwind is next door and honestly they were spectacular alongside everyone at sea view too. the private beach was so peaceful it’s a black sand beach too!

The location of this hotel is excellent, right at the beach with the beautiful view on the highest point of the island.The service provided by the staff was second to none and food is also very good.The room was cleaned every day and the staff was always very friendly, helpful and assisted with anything we needed.I can well recommend this place and would love to return back.

The photos of this hotel, some might say, are a little misleading! The pool in particular is not quite as it seems. The 'free' breakfast was disappointing- a glass of juice, a cup of tea/coffee, half dozen slices of bread and two fried eggs!

We had read all the reviews before arriving and have to say, they were spot on. Amazing staff, excellent accommodation and perfect location.

The staff where lovely which is what made me bring the review to a 7 out of 10 the location was great too. The hotel is I would say a 3 star nothing bad nothing amazing but the people the location and parking and pool made me say 4 star The restaurant staff where lovely and food was nice but one issue I had was they really tried to force you to eat the dish of the day with included breakfast. we had to push to get the food needed for the kids and had to pay but the amount was so low I.e £5 ish we didn't mind. For example one day the breakfast option was ham and cheese sandwiches another it was fried eggs and if you ask for scrambled instead they get a tad funny other stuff like bread and coffee came too. But as I said lovely staff very helpful and did change the food for us.

We are a family of 4. We where in the recently refurbished family room. My big issues where with the room so if you stay in any other room I am sure the hotel is really nice. The room was missing/hadn't installed yet a TV. The bed was the hardest me and my wife had ever slept on and the WiFi was non existent had to hot-spot off my phone. The broadband coming into the hotel is 25mb got the to check on there computer just the WiFi needs to be fixed. if the hotel read this look into Ubiquiti access points

It was our first visit to Santorini. The hotel is really good with swimming pool and beach front. There is a restaurant on site with amazing food and drinks menu Staff was amazing, helpfull and genuinely nice. I would definitely recommend it and come back to stay again. We received as a family an amazing stay.

We spent a wonderful few days here. The hotel has amazing view to the sea and it is really close to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel is fantastic with really nice staff. Warmly recommended!

Couldn’t be happier with my decision while choosing the hotel. Staff extremely friendly, amazing breakfast and an absolute gorgeous view of the beach.

Breakfast was amazing, something different every day, didn’t know what until it arrived which we loved and it was all amazing! Location was literally the best, we explored everywhere else and this couldn’t be beaten, the private beach was awesome! Amazing to order food drinks to either room, pool, beach or bar. Service was out of this world, the staff cannot so enough for you, never experienced anything like it before, also so amazing with the children! Rooms are huge, spacious, clean with great aircon and good size balcony’s.

Nothing could be improved as far as I’m concerned.

Great location, kind people everywhere, in the restaurant too and at the reception, managed to arrange transfers to the airport, and keeping my luggage after checking out. Could even stay an hour longer. Could take a shower after staying on the beach after checking out.

Wifi signal was not so reliable.

I can’t recommend the Sea View Beach Hotel enough. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and so friendly. We had the Deluxe Suite with Sea view and absolutely loved it! Plenty of space and immaculately maintained. It does lack some storage for your clothes (we like to fully unpack rather than live out of suitcases)so a chest of drawers would benefit travellers (and there is plenty of room to have this). The staff in the restaurant were brilliant too! Always happy, nothing is too hard, super efficient service and most importantly, GREAT FOOD. They are even efficient when serving food and drinks while dining in their beach access area. A lot of people from other resorts had to go up to ask to order and ask for plates to be cleared… but not at Sea View… that run a well oiled operation. Location is perfect; central to Perivolos and Perissa beach. Easy 5 stars from me.

We loved EVERYTHING… but just as a suggestion I thought maybe the owners could look into getting some better storage in rooms like chest of drawers or more closet space?
