Over priced, very poor condition.

Location and ample parking

Rooms are in need of renovation or bull dozing.

We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Maitland.

Everything about the location, cleanliness, friendly staff and comfort

I could hear traffic noise, but once the hearing aids were out, all was good!

Enjoyable relaxing and quiet.

Great location, wonderful staff, warm and welcoming! The room was clean, well appointed and a good size. The motel is close to amenities and even though it was on the highway there was very little noticeable traffic noise. Definitely on the “stay again” list. Close to greenhills shopping centre and food.

More lighting especially over where kettle and toaster are.

Had a bathtub in the room. Was awesome 😁

While we loved the bathtub had to be very careful as it was slippery getting out onto floor...there was signage but still...

Clean and affordable stopping point

Great size room, clean and comfortable. Close to amenities and easy to get to from the motorway. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Maitland stay, not up to expectations.

Position & access to highway & shops.

It's very old & overpriced for the age of the rooms. Bathroom needs renovation badly, way overdue. Restaurant not in use.

Room wasn’t cleaned prior to stay $260 a night with last persons rubbish still on floor, dirty plates, lots of mould in bathroom & 1 face washer between a family of 5, stair access with narrow access, staff weren’t very friendly
