The room was very spacious and comfortable. We were in room 82 and it had direct pool access with spa. Close to the onsite Thai restaurant which was very nice. The sauna was great. It was very well located to supermarket and a few cafes and restaurant. The courtesy bus was a bonus.

The kitchen needs a little updating and the lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved and the noise from upstairs was a little annoying as the people didn't remove their shoes and was noisy very early in the morning.

We stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment. Clean, tropical vibe, view, heated pool, nicely appointed, great location. Will be back.

Loved that we were in apartments close together. Loved the spa and the food from the restaurant was great. Very convenient to be able to order and takeaway to our room.

Great facilities, polite staff. Pools were amazing. Bed very comfortable. Apartment has everything needed to be self-contained with shops a short stroll away.

Apartment could use updating particularly the bathroom, but the 80's Hawaii theme was quirky. Spa/shower was a little difficult to get in and out of.

We love staying here, we always feel like we are in Fiji.So close to everything too.Love the pools and gardens.We are only 40 mins away so its a short trip for us as well.

I can honestly say we can't fault this resort, they even let us into our room earlier than we expected which was nice.

Perfect to relax on a family holiday. Resort is very well kept the gardens are like you are in Bali. Pools and spas are great. Bbq facilities with very clean and easy to use. Kids used the tennis courts. They have a free shuttle buses to take you down to Hastings Street Beach. It was such a relaxing chilled holiday.

Excellent grounds. It’s a big complex but there is lots of space and several pools. The staff were friendly.

The apartment we stayed in could benefit from a bit of a deep clean and a refresh. Also, there were some basic child safety features that were missing (e.g., no way of securing the blind cords and the TV not secured to its table/the wall).

Spacious, well appointed room on ground floor. Car was parked 20 metres away undercover. Smart TV had plenty of channels, Stan, Netflix etc. Thai Restaurant in complex was also excellent

no one staffing the reception desk after 5pm. that’s very poor as I actually needed assistance and had to call the after hours number. surely you can afford a live in staff manager? the after hours fellow said he’s often called to eg. unlock people’s doors if they e accidentally locked themselves out which can easily happen

The pools were wonderful. There were lots of places to explore nearby with great food. A comfortable and clean place for a great price. Loved the washer and dryer facilities in our room for our towels after beach/pool. Super relaxing on the balcony.

I couldn’t book a couples spa time while we were there. A warning or notification to book in before hand would have been nice. There were also no oven mitts and only one tea towel in our room which made getting food we had cooked out of the oven annoying.
