Didn’t get a breakfast. A convenient location. The staff/owners were amazing! Happy to help, and knew a-lot about the area, train connections etc! They certainly did a-lot more than required! I would definately stay again 🙏💯🙌

Very handy for overnight stay before early flight out of brisbane airport. Clean and comfy but suggest take your own pillow.

Close to the airport. Free airport shuttle included in price. Great location in town near shops

Proximity to airport. Late night check-in via security box. Cleanliness of room.

No available parking on arrival at 8:00pm due to spaces being blocked off. Night manager eventually moved the shuttle bus out to give us a spot to park. Too many stairs 🥴 when carrying heavy luggage! Electric jug but no toaster in the room. Road noise.

Location was a bit challenging - trains to/from CBD finished early evening and bus to/from cbd was infrequent.

Close to Airport easy commute in the morning.

The staff I spoke to (i.e. using the after hours number and for the airport transfer) were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the beds were very comfortable.

I struggled with communication and confirmation regarding the after hours check-in and to book the airport transfer. This may have been an issue with the Booking.com app or maybe they weren't receiving the messages. This was exacerbated by being overseas and unable to call.

Great location for Airport, with shuttle bus a real bonus. Room was comfortable, quiet and well set up for our stay. Dave was very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay again

We used this place to stay the night prior to an early morning flight home. Stayed in a large family room for all 5 of us. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Had a great dinner at the local Thai, really yummy, relatively cheap and free first drink for all! Room very quiet and beds comfy. Shuttle service so convenient, Really great value for money.

It was so well placed and they provided a shuttle to Brisbane Airport. There were lots of restaurants to choose from just a short walk away.

I prefer to use a block of soap in the shower, but that’s a very minor complaint!

Location, clean and overall comfort. I will stay again in the future.

The motel was located close to the airport and the room was clean and spacious. Good communication from staff and easy after-hours entry.

Some of the neighbouring residential houses (residents) were rough, with a fight occurring across the road when I arrived at 9pm. There was no gate or other security that I could see at the motel (there may have been cameras which I did not see). The room lock was only a push button, the type easily unlocked from the outside. I would have felt a lot more at ease if there had been an effective lock on the door and preferably a gate onto the site.

Close to the airport, comfortable room with all the amenities we needed.
