Location

Was not clean at all, the couch had a massive rip in it and lots of stains even on the dinning chairs, also a lot of mould!

The location was good for using the public transport and the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Two days before we arrived, they informed us the pool and spa pool will be out of action due to repairs so we couldn't cancel. When we stepped into our suite, the whole place had a sharp smell of chlorine, it was so bad that we woke up the next morning with our throats burning. There was no house keeping, i don't mean making bed and stuff like that, but just topping up the coffee and milk and lastly, the suite wasn't cleaned properly.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and roomy enough for a family of 5

Nothing

The location was great as I had to go to the airport the following day which was quick. The downside was the noise on the highway. The apartment was great and good value.

The only negative thing was I booked based on the pool, sauna and spa facilities and I had a call the day before notifying me that those facilities were under construction. I was put on the spot and didn’t really have the time to sort other options which I thought was unfair as I noticed a sign upon arrival saying they had started works on the facilities a month before I arrived. I believe this should have been on their website.

Disappointed the pool was closed
