i liked the view, the staff, good food, and the convenience of the said location of the hotel. It was easy to go around Tagaytay and enjoy the different locations without having to drive far.

There were mosquitoes in our room. The tub was also not cleaned properly as the nozzles in it had a lot of stains that turned out to be dirt when we turned the water on.

On our first day, there were 3 kittens trapped in the wall of the room coming from the deck. They were scratching the wall beneath the cabinet producing annoying sound. The maintenance had to catch the kittens beneath the wall inside our room.

The view was exceptional👍🤗🥰 The staff and crew is very friendly and approachable🤗 This is a great hotel and would definitely stay here again🥰

traffic in tagaytay was horrible

2 things: the location and the view of Taal.

We waited for the reception to seek assistance for breakfast, we already went downstairs and the ground floor but no one was there to assist. When we were finally assisted, the waitress told us the available breakfast and we ordered, she went back to tell us no bacon and ham, so we changed the order, then she came back to inform us that it is not part of the free breakfast, waitress is not fully informed of the menu, worst is we booked for 3 persons including breakfast but we were charged during checkout for the 3rd person. Booking and the hotel doesn't seem to be coordinated at all. Also, the room particularly the towels, dental kit, glass, slippers etc are not ready for 3 persons which we booked.

Service- no drinks service available at night. It was only 8pm on a saturday and the bar is already closed. Breakfast- We had to wait about one hour for a simple breakfast. It didnt taste great. One hour for kids pancake to be made.
