Far from home

The location is great - it really could be advertised as ski-in/ski-out. You can ski from the cabin down the cross-country tracks to the main lift, and you can ski right back in from the top. The cabin is cosy, and has everything you need for a skiing/hiking stay. And the hosts are really nice and helpful people.

It would have been nice to have a map of the Skei Apartment area with cabin numbers indicated. We arrived in a snow storm, and had a lot of difficulty finding our cabin. Perhaps one could post a map on the main building next to the letter box?

If I hadn't read an earlier review about getting the keys, I'd have been in a slight panic. Very cold floors.

The property itself- modern and spacious

Lack of some little things in the bathroom and shower but i can still live without those 😂

-Surroundings are very nice -Shower is very generous and comfortable. -Free of charge car parking just outside the house.

-Bed covers (optional) cost 150kr p.p -Cleaning after stay (optional) costs 495kr. -Cleansing bottles were nearly all, just about empty except for hand soap. -Not one extra roll of Toilette paper which in a family of four caused us considerable inconvenience. -No wine opener and only to very small wine glasses. -Internet at times very slow. -The fridge had no light when opened and the freezer was completely full of ice. -On arrival at 14:00 for a confirmed check in at 15:00, I was told that check in was at 16:00, (hence unprepared) -The big majority of houses are all adjacent to each other with no space in between.(I didn’t get that impression when looking at all the 66 photos from booking.com)
