Bed was comfortable good location for our trip

Mould in the bathroom tv remotes didn’t work tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Appartment appeared dull and in need of refurbishing

Staff were especially helpful when we forgot a special Teddy bear!

Great location and modern decor. Bed was comfortable and great shower.

Very noisy at night. No exterior walls leading into the rooms, so noise travels and echos. Also next to a main road with lots of noise coming from outside.

was quite noisy at night with traffic from outside. spa bath had not been cleaned/used in a long time so there was brown sludge coming out of the jets.

No breakfast available

The bed needs a mattress topper , it then would be a more comfortable nights sleep, and no pressure points. No simple instructions on how to operate the cook top, we went without breakfast on the sat. And the lighting in the appartment was very poor, dark over the sink and table, and no ability to read in bed.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The place was close to a shopping centre and several restaurants and stores.

The location was not convenient (around 35 min from the airport and 1 hr from CBD by car). The taxi charged me 60 AUD from the airport to the place. You need to catch one bus and a train to get to the city. Wi-Fi quality was extremely poor. I stayed over the weekend when the Australia Grand Prix took place so this was one of the few affordable places around Melbourne at the time of booking.

Toaster continuly burnt our toast. Lucky the smoke alarm didn't go off.
