Location, friendly staff, cleanliness

The cleanliness of the room was great. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I have been to.

I didn't like the self service check-in. It was very impersonal. I also don't like how any information in the rooms is only available on the TV. Bring back the brochures. I feel for what we got it was a bit over priced.

Fridge ice box needed defrosting badly, also an empty shoe box on wardrobe from previous customer. No tea towel to dry cups etc .Small details but i have worked in many hotels in my time and would have been pinged for the fridge especially, it shows lack of detail by the room attendent. Overall really good .

Great location and just a short walk to Flinders. I did not get to see much of the city but I reckon it will be a good stay for people who will be traveling for work or leisure

A lot of tour groups and a limited number of staff at check-in. You need a key card to access the lobby after 10 or 11 pm and I was waiting for the person before me to check in.

No fans on bathroom, body wash and hand lotions were empty, no tea towel provided for washing up cups ect or even being able to wipe up if split water from the sink

The room was big, that was good. Fantastic location.

I was travelling with my adult daughter and asked for a room with two beds. We were offered two single beds with rather too soft mattresses. I felt like rolling out of bed during the night. The bathroom was not very well equipped. There were two low sitting rails, one for the tightly folded dry towels and the other one for the floor mat It was very inconvenient to change as there were no place to put clothes. No hooks for clothes or for the wet towels , to dry them out. We had to put them on the back of the chairs in the room. Also, the shower needed some deep cleaning to get rid of the mold.

A little run down, especially I’m the bathroom, but still great value for the price I paid. If I had paid the rate offered closer to that weekend ($400+) I would not have thought it to be good value

Great location, decent size rooms, car parking is very close by and easy to find, friendly staff and they have self serve check in.

The air conditioning wasn't working so it was very warm in our room. Informed staff, and they were apologetic. Bathrooms are outdated and they need new towels, very thin and worn out.

Room 305 gave us views onto the tree canopy Appreciated cutlery and plates( brought our own bowls for cereal as sometimes the cups are too small- happy with the cup size )

Was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. Room was a great size

Only bad thing was pillows were uncomfortable which made for a bad night sleep.

I had an 8th floor room which was spacious and comfortable. Room facilities were good. Breakfast was OK - nice fresh fruit, cereal etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The location was fabulous the room was clean and quiet.

The room had a kitchenette in it there were no cereal bowls and no large cutting knife. There was no cloth to wipe counter down and no washing up liquid. These items would be very helpful which catering for your self. Thank you

great location - close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Room clean and spacious. Reception staff welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Easy access to local car park. We stay here frequently.

Requested blankets in advance on booking.com they responded but no blankets putin room Air con feels not doing much . Fridge is decent size empty bar fridge which was good but turning the control to colder doesn't seem to do much .

Location was excellent for southbank and Hammer hall theatre and restaurants. They offer a $30 overnight parking in the car park next door. Be very carefull that you park in the correct one. We parked in the wrong one and went to move it after 4 hrs and racked up an $80 bill, was annoyed at this, but my fault. Correct one is next door to seven eleven. There are 3 carparks in a small area so can easily be done
