Location ..facilities of the building ..great pools heated with 360 views !!! Beds and pillows very comfy. Big TV only in the lounge. Amenities..
The apartment was very clean..little small but quite good.. 1 bedroom didnt have windows or deduct aircon so you can't close the door for air or heat. The balcony needs cleaning and new chairs.. little bit scary when you seat on..

Outstanding location and great facilities. Two minute walk to the boulevard, restaurants and pubs. Pool area at the apartment block was a highlight. Appreciated being met by host.
Would have liked more kitchen supplies, particularly dishwashing liquid and tablets, garbage bags etc. We needed to restock which was a bit disappointing given the weekly rate. Only a small thing though, just makes stay more comfortable without much effort or cost.

Small. Shower leaked. Was not cleaned properly. No information for travellers like local attractions or numbers. No info about building procedures. The lady we met was rushing us as our plane was late. Unable to contact her once we arrived at Melbourne airport to let her know a time.

So much to do. two pools and spas which the kids loved. very central and close to everything

Convenient location across the road from the Casino and the restaurants/bars along Southbank. Tram stop near apartment entrance. The facilities (pool, sauna, spa and business area) were appreciated and useful. The host was informative and friendly. I would recommend, especially if access to the city is required.
The beds were very soft which is not to everyone's liking. The bedroom with the big window would benefit from some blockout blinds as the sun is very bright in the morning. The bathroom only had one small towel rail and there were three of us; some towel hooks or an extra towel rail would be handy (especially if there is more than one guest) as there is ample space for these.

We felt the meet & greet was rushed although we arrived within the time we had agreed.

Loved the room, the view, basically received an orientation of the property. Pool was amazing.
Only minor thing was not being able to leave our luggage with concierge as we had a long time between checkout and having to get a fair way with family and all luggage to the closet luggage minding service. We were aware of this but that would’ve been the only downside.

facilities we could use were awesome
Movie theatre and golf we were told by people at front desk had to be organised through you and all become to hard. The room was not clean - oven, sink in bathrooom, couch had crumbs between cushions etc, tv stand covered in dust. The thing we were most disappointed with was we obviously booked for a stay over Christmas / New Year’s Eve went to utilise sky lounge on New Year’s Eve and this was closed to bookings only / 67th pool area closed off and also 9th floor. We should have been made aware of this at time of booking as this is one of the reasons we book the room. Overall not value for money.

Location was straight across the road from crown which was perfect as we had a wedding there
Checkin was a mess. This location requires a person to come on-site and when booked this was not indicated in the ad. As we had an event which we'd emailed multiple times about we ended up missing the first 40 minutes due to the inflexibility of this.

Apartment is small, but neat and tidy. Facilities on the top floor are incredible. View from the pool is fantastic, especially as the sun goes down. Coffee machine is a nice touch - you can let out your inner barista. Southside Cafe just round the corner on Power St has great coffee, pastries and sandwiches.
Desperately needs bedside lamps, as the ceiling downlights are blinding, and you have to get up to turn them off.

The location and apartment was fantastic. A great view and excellent facilities. Easy walk to Southbank, the CBD, etc. The host was very helpful and accommodating.
