Disappointing

It was the perfect location to where we were working for the weekend. It was spacious and had a nice view.

We needed an iron every day and the one provided didn't work at all. We asked for a replacement and that one worked but leaked a dirty looking water and ruined one of our white shirts. The tap in the bathtub leaked all night one night and kept us awake.

PERFECT

I had a conference at Melbourne convention and exhibition centre. The Location was just just just perfect! Easy access to public transport. 3mins walk to tram stop. 1min walk to cross the bridge to south bank! Very very quite at night I didn’t hear any noises. Nice dark blinds to protect my sound sleep. Kids loved the stay so much. It was great to have washing machine and tumble drier so I can wash my kids clothes often. My stay was in the middle of winter but I only needed to wear short sleeve t shirt because it was very warm all night. I am definitely coming back for stay next time!

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location

Apartment was perfectly laid out for comfort & easy sharing. The view was spectacular & the location couldn’t be better! Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended

Excellent location, ideal for walking, using the trams or trains to explore Melbourne. We found lots of good places to eat nearby as well. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening, enjoying the lovely river view. Bathroom was fab with an excellent shower. Sheets and bedding were really soft too. We would definitely like to return in the near future.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The door was making a squealing noise, dryer and washing machine as well.

The apartment is such a central location and very close to the tram stop.

The staff was really helpful and arrange everything for us including a last minute request of river view room. The place is in middle of all action(CBD) but also a bit far so you don’t get overwhelm especially when travelling with kids. Thanks for a lovely city stay.
