Great location

It was hard to find despite using multiple maps / apps.

We stayed with our kids. They love the pool. The location is very convenient. As it's in the Crown complex, there are numerous food choices very close, and you can access them all without going outside.

The room was looking a bit tired. Paint missing from the beds, bed bases were taped up with gaffa tape. Slippers weren't replenished from the previous occupant, No complimentary water. We were staying for our wedding anniversary - in the past, Crown have offered something complimentary for the occasion, but not this time. It's advertised as '5 star', but the room was not luxurious at all - just plain. For a few dollars extra, much more luxury at the Langham.

BATHROOM CLEANLINESS WAS BELOW AVERAGE. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AT RECEPTION WAS FANTASIC THOUGH. THE FOOD TRAYS LEFT IN CORRIDORS IS AN ISSUE - SOME WERE THERE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. OTHERWISE A GREAT STAY AS PER USUAL.

Beautiful size room. Bathroom was big. Nice and clean and easily accessible.

An updated tv would make it perfect so streaming services can be accessed

I am having a problem with getting the invoice issued by Crown Metrolpol. They had asked me to contact Booking.Com as I booked via Booking.com I contacted Booking.com but it took so much of my time. Please help. my Booking ref is 4189754683. Please help[

The pillows were too soft, needed more variety. Need more lighting in rooms.

Convenient and lots of restaurants

Great room overall, has nice view, was very comfortable. The charger adapter in the room was beyond expectations even though I bought my own, would be nice if you add that to the room description cuz not every hotel offers that free.

The only charging station by the bed was USB2.0, and there is no plug near the bed, lacking compatibility. The tablet was a nice addition but it beeps once every hour and is kinda annoying. During one day of my stay Melbourne was raining, I wanted to borrow an umbrella but didn’t get one, kinda disappointing.
