地理位置方便，我預定的三人房很大，是無障礙房間，如有輪椅人士入住，會很方便。喜歡牙膏與牙刷分開包裝，夠環保，不用因為要用牙膏而每次開一支牙刷。

不是每天的房間清潔也令人滿意，有一次晚上回到酒店，洗手間的地上竟然有垃圾。

we loved the location and accessibility, very close and central to everything. convenience of family mart right outside and was a good view.

the bed was not very comfortable and I did think we were going to get a bath tub because of the images on booking.com but there was no bath :( could definitely use another 2 pillows

Location is superb. This is the 2nd time we are staying in this Hotel. Previously was Red Roof Plus. Reached Hotel early and requested for early check in and we are ready to pay for the extra hours. Hotel staff checked and let us proceed without charging us. We are so grateful ! Room although is small but it is clean and shower pressure is strong and hot. We just loved the automated toilet.

Only dislike is the pillow too soft and it will get flat after awhile of lying. Need to get extra pillow if not will have stiff neck next day. Good thing is Hotel will provide extra pillows upon requested.

The location was really convenient, short walk to dotonbori, and right in front of the underground shopping street with access to the metro. Room was really big, and added bonus of having floorboard. Bed was nice and large.

The location is superb. Easy access to transportation, excellent restaurants, shopping, good times.

The rooms are a little small and although we specified a child, no cot, or bedding provided for the child.

I like that there is a huge lounge for waiting customers and that the staff in the front desk are very accommodating especially since there is a Filipino staff that we could communicate to properly.

It's close to the station, Namba walk, Dotonbori, Kuromon market. Everything is so close and convenient. It's nice to stay here. The amenities and pajamas are also good.

Walls are thin and can hear neighbours if you have unfortunately loud ones. I had one morning hearing an loud phone alarm go off for 15mins...

Location is great

Whole place is filthy. Dirty carpets throughout hotel, thick layers of dust in room with old, tattered curtains. Worst is that there in no working AC in the room. We had the the AC on highest setting and there was barely any air coming up of the vent that was caked in black dirt. The hotel provided us with a portable dehumidifier that did nothing for the temperature and just dried out our eyes and throats. Couldn’t sleep properly during entire stay and hated every minute we were there.
