excellent location, lovely and clean rooms

The room is quite big and suitable,worm, location is great, very quite. free coffee machine and 2 small bottles of water are provided.

when we checked in the appartment was wert clean. we stayed three nights and the appartment wasn’t cleaned not a single time during our stay. but maybe we just needed to ask and we didn’t.

Very well placed, very close to the San Marco place - Amazing situation within the city - we were occupying one bedroom + one flat for our family of 7, and the housings were well equiped and clean.

Great location, staff extremely professional

Value for money: location is great but some things definitely need an improvement: if I book a "luxury apartment" I expect a really good sleeping experience: this is not the case here. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and I could sleep the first night. Same for some dump sign in the shower....

there is a mosquito infestation, there is never any staff at the property, the shower is tiny and blocked there was crumbs/dirty in the bed, they was dead mosquitos squashed everywhere, the getting into the property is very hard and confusing

location is great, very central in San Marco, just a few minutes away Piazza San Marco. bedroom was good, spacious, bed was comfortable. we had free coffee machine and beverage available in the mini fridge. we received a code so we could go in and out the building and the bedroom easily at any time.

- i missed having at least one staff or doormen on site. - no amenities at all. - the building is very old, which i was kind of scared when i first got there and the hallways smelled old. - shower is really really small and uncomfortable. - there is no elevator and our room was in the 3rd floor. stair steps are very steep.

The location was excellent. One minute from La Fenice, the opera house, 5 minutes to St Mark’s Square and 10 minutes from Rialto. Being able to leave luggage before check in time was extremely helpful. Plenty of coffee and biscuits provided.

The shower in the en-suite bedroom wasn’t very powerful. The website could be clearer about which apartment had the roof terrace.

Good central location. Staff were helpful. The room was a good size and reasonably well equipped.

Maybe a little information about practicalities: what to do with towels, would the bin be emptied etc

The staff were excellent. Helpful and kind.

There is no elevator. Had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

The location is a bit difficult to find (also I found the instructions on how to reach that apartment complex very confusing) - but a fair point is that on my multiple visits to Venice, pretty much everything around p-zza San Marco may be tricky in navigation. Otherwise, it's a nice if not outright iconic part of town, of course. We liked the cafés and restaurants around. The reception is not available for 24 hours, but is relatively efficient. I appreciated the very polite gentleman at the reception arranging us a taxi boat to Murano, and walking us to that boat too. That was for sure a nice bonus to this trip. The rooms were fine but one was much nicer and spacier than the other, and only one of them had a shower, though both had WC. The slight street noise was there, expectedly at that location, but nothing dramatic. The WiFi and pretty much everything else worked well. Regarding the instructions, I found it easier and faster to reach the apartment complex from Rialto bridge instead of making the whole long ride ferry ride to the further (from Santa Lucia) station indicated in the apartment instructions we've received.

The kitchen was empty with everything, including even tiny basics like salt, pepper or sugar, not to mention coffee. This was certainly not a drama for us, but an aspect to consider if you expect a rented apartment with a kitchen to cook something during your stay or to have a coffee breakfast home exploring the town. Several cafés around this apartment complex did an awesome job, to compensate for this.

There is a variety of room sizes. The family room is big and beautiful. There is an excellent and well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Excellent dining table. Excellent room for a couple. The location is excellent. Close to San Marco and all the shops and restaurants. The employees of the place are pleasant people, welcoming and very helpful. The location is excellent, only that it is far from the parking lot for those arriving by car. Half an hour's walk from the parking lot. including ferry ride.

In the double room the shower is very small. very small

Perfect location and very nice staff! It’s in the best part of Venice, but also in a quiet street. Would stay here again and highly recommend!
