ホテルの所在位置が非常に良いです、地下鉄駅のすぐ傍に立地してあります、徒歩１分の所に二つの地下鉄入口があります！スタッフはとても親切です、私はホテルに到着する前に、手が怪我してあるのですが、スタッフが部屋までに薬剤を持ってくれました。又、部屋に立派なテーブル用ライトも持ってくれました。部屋は非常に清潔で、ベットの寝心地もとても良いで、朝食もとても美味しいです！最高の滞在時間となりました！又、次回も必ずこのホテルに宿泊します。

The location near Optic Valley Plaza is nice. The Subway and good business centers are very close.
The carpet of my room was very old and dirty. There was no spa and no Japanese restaurant on the second floor, as it was said in the hotels publications.

Front desk service can be better. Maybe more training will do.

Shabby gym, no lobby to wait or work; the lounge required you to buy food or drink.
Location - difficult to walk anywhere safely. Had to walk in roads and a major roundabout to cross the street.

Currently overnight heavy construction of the metro systems. They should not have guests on the construction side staying. Could not sleep for more than 2 hours.
