the room is comfort and the view from balcony is well done
it was taking too much time on the line to check in. there were so many people in the lobby and so noise. car park was not convenient as well.

Good breakfast
Spa was closed without notification for the entire week of our stay and so were 4/5 of the restaurants. The bar closed at 19.30 and the food at the chinese restaurant was incredibly overpriced for the quality.

Staff were amazing. Food at the buffet and restaurants was wonderful.
The small blue light on the night light switch was so bright it kept us up, we had to find things in the room to cover it up.
The room service food was not good.

The soft beds, the outdoor pool and the friendly staff.
The floors in the lounging area next to the lobby, were not clean. We sat down there to order lunch. There were coffee stains on the floor and dust.
