I loved the breakfast options and the beach was awesome.. my room was clean and the property was amenable. The bar was reasonably priced.

The breakfast tasted good and the staff that were nice (very few) made me feel welcome.

The staff didn’t have a sense of urgency. Most of the staff working the breakfast buffet were very rude! One of them yelled at me for serving myself after the attendant walked right past me and another grumbled at me when I asked for cutlery. I felt very uncomfortable. Also the rooms are very dated there was molddddddd on the curtains and lamp shade. A more thorough clean was needed of the bathroom I found hair that wasn’t mine on the wall and towels.

The beach was perfect and a accessible, with clear water. The staff were friendly, however needed prompting at times.

I would to have like to have had a map of Grenada and expected there to be one at the front desk. Cable channels were not all working and I would have enjoyed watching the full range of tv channels.

The easy access to the beach, the staff was helpful and friendly, also the 24 hour room service was a huge plus.

The one and only complaint I have is that while dinning I was not offered all food items. The menu was given to me and had various choices, but I overheard one staff member offer some people off menu items, which sounded appetizing. I wouldve enjoyed eating ALL that was offered there. Other than that one thing, it was perfect.

This hotel was perfect for my purpose! It's the ideal hotel to just relax and throw away your cares. The location on the beach is perfect and BEAUTIFUL! The pools were well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The entertainment was welcomed. It was perfect for a nice getaway.

The restaurants on site were underwhelming. The food was hotel-priced and the quality was average. One night we waited an hour for a pizza at one of the hotel restaurants. Shuttles to/from the airport or into town or to tourist sites would have been appreciated. One of the treadmills at the gym was not working so there was a bit of a wait every morning.

Top location, beautiful part of Grand Anse Beach. A couple of nice staff. That's really about it.

Very cold welcome, not nice after 24 hrs of travel. No-one informed us of closure of big pool. Terrible service at times. Slow and not efficient, example: calling to ask for room service menu, only half hour later someone returns my call to once again ask how they can help 😔 Room super basic. Lighting terrible. The iron is old, ruined my shirt.

The beach was so beautiful and right outside our hotel.

The resort is on Grande Anse beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurants are clean.

The rooms need upgrade and the towels are old. The showers are not very hot if shower early in morning. I think the warm water is switch off during the nights.

Location wise it’s great, right in the centre of Grand Anse beach, a short drive from the airport and St George and a number of shops within walking distance. Charmaine and Dylen were great. They were on hand to make sure my visit to Grenada involved more than what was within the resort. Charmaine from Insight Tourism (details are in the lobby) was grade A when it came to helping with trips and tours around the island. She was always on hand to answer any questions which in turn made the trips run smoothly. A sign of how well organised the tours are, I couldn’t stop at one! I went for the half day island tour and historical town walk both with Dragon who is an excellent guide. Then the half day snorkelling which included the underwater sculpture park with First Impressions, who were a great crew. Dylen was super helpful showing me around the resort, what was available, what was happening and recommendations on what to do. Always checking in whenever we crossed paths to see how my stay was going and keeping me up to date on what was happening. Be sure to join the 1000 orientation to meet Dylen and his team.

The Radisson itself was ok, I expected the rooms to be of a higher standard with it being a 4-star. I was disappointed that I had to change rooms a number of times for various reasons. A shame that sub-standard rooms are being allocated to be fair. A helpful front desk team eased the inconvenience, as they speedily found alternatives.

Loved the location and its proximity to a wonderful beach. It was like having a slice of paradise at your doorstep. The resort grounds was also well landscaped with majestic trees and profusion of flowers. Breakfast especially the local cuisine was exceptional.

The ac and the toilet malfunctioned. The toilet was fixed promptly but the ac had to remain off for the entire stay since it could not adjust.

Not enough staff assigned to work at the restaurant or our events, so service was TERRIBLE. So slow. Took us nearly 3 hours to get a lunch order. Our guests had to work the buffet and bar because you did not assign enough staff. Almost everyone had a problem with their room - mine was ok but very low water pressure.

The staff is terribly demotivated. The service provided is terrible. I would assume they get horribly paid and without any training or guidance. I arrived around 3 pm, exhausted from a whole day of travelling and was told the room was not ready. Check in time is 3 pm. I asked how long it would take, and the answer was ´I don´t know´. I pressed that I really did need a room inmediately. It took another 45 minutes before I could enter the room. The booking I had with booking.com was cancelled!!! This review is for a booking I made through another platform. I have much more examples of how things went wrong.
