The hotel lived up to its name. Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and special lounging by the pool. Amazing to see the beautiful sea, feeling the warm breeze, and hearing the surf while soaking the sun or under the shade. The interior was amazingly well kept and had the atmosphere of being somewhere in the Mediterranean. Great use of space and the furniture was light but comfortable. Rooms were really clean and well kept. Enough privacy for the family but still able to meet other guests. Staff and owners provided great service and attention to the guests. Helped me get a good scooter rental when I checked in. Good advice on where to go and where to avoid the police. Location was really convenient. Nearby many shops and Mui Ne eats. Not far to go by scooter to the well known seafood restaurants and popular food courts. Lots of ATM and massage spa places within walking distance. Bonus having a 24 convenience store next door.

If you're looking for a nice big beach to walk around, this isn't the place. The beach was small and narrow. Stone steps went practically straight into the ocean.

Beautifully designed hotel, so cosy and nice! we immediately felt at home. the pool is great and with a direct sea view! the rooms are big and modern, with a lovely touch of style! the staff was super helpful in arranging tours! would love to come back here and stay for longer! best stay in vietnam!

Our stay at Serenity by the Sea was marvellous. Very tidy, relaxing and pretty hotel. Beautiful view of the sea. The host and staff were extremely kind and helpful. We definitely recommend it and thank you for having us!

the easy access to the pool / ammenaties, the flexibility of the staff and the quietness of the location x

some of the tiling in the bathroom the gout has chipped away and could cause injury. also there was a bit of mold on the wallpapering the room.

John and his wife are so attentive to their guests needs, along with being friendly and accommodating! We even extended our stay and upgraded our room for a super one with a balcony facing the sea.

The staff was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the grounds were gorgeous.

John, his Wife and all the Staff made my stay truly memorable. The property is gorgeous, the pool heaven, the rooms immaculate and tastefully decorated, the views out to sea just take your breath away, breakfast is just a joy looking out to sea each morning, all the lovely plants and flowers add the tranquility. It’s just a perfect place, built by John and his Wife. Hopefully I will get to return!

The property was stunning, close to shops, restaurants and located right in front of the beach. John and all the staff were friendly and helpful, helping with a motorbike rental and helping organising a transfer from the accommodation to our next destination. Exceptional stay!

We liked the location as it's quite central. We also loved how close it is to the ocean. The bathroom in our room was really spacious too. Also, the layout of the hotel is brilliant.

We didn't like the lack of staff presence. We arrived almost exactly at the time we said we would (midday), yet we needed to telephone someone to come and check us in. If you were arriving internationally then this could've been quite difficult to do. Also, later on, around 6pm, we discovered a disconcerting stain on our bedsheet, yet we couldn't track down any staff to change it for us. There's no pool bar either which was disappointing, but I shouldn't have presumed that there would be.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. John and his team are super friendly and help you with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

By far one of the best stays while traveling Vietnam. The hospitality, hygiene, quality and services were outstanding. The owner,John, is an absolute gem. We stayed for 3 days and actually felt sad leaving him. If we get the chance, we’ll definitely go back!

The three rooms we occupied were all well laid out and beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely and the area was kept clean. Pool towels were provided in each room, a rare thing in Vietnam. Banana waffle was just what I needed after three weeks in VN.

I did not like the fact that I only had one night at this place.

This is a really nice and cozy hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and watched amazing sunrises. The owner of the Hotel John was very kind and helped us with many questions. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

overall we had a little disappointing stay. our first room was a bit smelly and the window on the ground floor are facing the yard so we had to stay with closed curtains. Weird was also that you had to decide the evening before what you want for breakfast and when. We had to pay during check in, never happened before. There is NO beach, in general in Mui Ne it’s not the place you want to go for a beach stay! we enjoyed the beach near Hoi An more. Due to low season the staff was very rare and sometimes, if you needed something couldn’t be found.
