It's so great to stay at a place in Vietnam that welcomes dogs. The main reason we stayed here is that our dog could join,and I'm glad we did. Private beach, quiet and beautiful gardens.

The pool is in the full sun, so is constantly warm.

the resort has some mosquitoes, they made me hardly sleep.

Nothing, except staff's attitude!

- No hot water for bath; the shower is really not good with a small water lines out; - Air-conditioners in the rooms was not working properly = it only blew a hot so that we could not sleep almost the night; it makes so big noisy during the night. - poor stuff for personal clean-up, such as very low quality of tooth-cleaning up brush, cream, etc. - main door and kitchen window has NO curtain for privacy; - bed mattress, blanket had a musty smell

Staffs are super friendly especially staffs in the restaurants. Masseur (Ms Lien) was very professional and skillful.

beautiful location. nicely planned resort, plenty of shade/gardens, right on big beach, decent variety of food and drink, loved that dogs are permitted.

problem with ants in our room, massage was disappointing.

Nice beach and really appreciated the “pet friendly” policy, all staff are so nice even with furry guests. Good breakfast and meals. Nice pool also.

It looked old fashioned style and facilities are outdated, some didn’t work and I think it would be good if they were reinnovated.

Beautiful beach, fantastic clean rooms. Staff were always helpful and kind. Pool was lovely and relaxing and they have a great atmosphere. Our dog loved the beach.

Food was overpriced for what it was and the food quality at times was not great.

A few more breakfast options wouldve been great. But the al cart menu was fantastic, well priced and delicious.

we traveled with two dogs , one is really barky. The staffs were excellent and friendly with the dogs , which make it a lot less stressful for us. The beach is always clean and quiet

Most of the gym equipment don’t work and needed an upgrade. many of the services like massages weren’t available due to COVID , the pool was out of action while we were there.

We came here for the long holiday weekend as we wanted to escape the city. The hotel is lovely and has everything you could possibly want. You are right on the beach and it is kept very clean. The pool is nice, there is a games room and plenty of areas to choose from to chill out. We rented the beachfront room and enjoyed our private balcony facing the sea. It is a little further away from the main area, however that is exactly what we wanted and reception helped us to rent a motorbike so we could explore. The reason we chose to stay here was because they are listed as pet friendly and they are very welcoming. It was nice to be able to take our dog for walks and even to breakfast and feel comfortable doing so! :)

The only area this hotel could improve would be on the food and cocktails. It is very Vietnamese style western food and some dishes were hit and miss, even local dishes could have been slightly better. The cocktails also never really quite lived up to expectations, however, there are lots of places to eat in the main part of town, just a taxi or bike ride away.

Loved how dog-friendly there were. We would not have found the place otherwise. It was nice, quiet, and only a short drive into Mui Ne proper.

Had a little issue with mosquitos in the room and didn't love the style of the net they had over the bed.

The staff is very accommodating. It would be better though if many can speak English. The lady at the restaurant was extra helpful. And our fur baby really enjoyed her stay.
