We liked the pool and beachfront location.

We did not like the food in the restaurant and the noisy air conditioning unit next to the hotel and our room.

the location was great everything was closed by

maintenance and cleaning crew were making noise too early , mattresses were hard

-room was old and outdated -towels in bathroom were dirty -mold everywhere in the bathroom -room very loud due to 24hrs running AC outside -hotel bar was closed on thursday evening -whole complex looks as if best times are long gone -staff at check in was ok -parking was open to street but ok

Location, staff excellent, right on the beach, beautiful pool area leading to beach. Good secure parking.

Clean and small hotel.

Outside pool bartender was lazy and on his cell-phone. Did not offer services or asked us how we were doing! Hotel did not manage outside people coming into hotel area, i.e pool, showers and bar area when they were not even a hotel guests. Alot of riff raft coming to use pool and showers that were NOT hotel guest!! Breakfast buffet needs to be self service now, as Covid lift is better! Service is slow and people can't see items for buffet.

i was liked the hospitality and attention. we’ll not this stay unfortunately I guess new staff and not very nice

we’ll we been loyal customers more than 7 years. they come to know us that we are far away traverlers. we travel about 12 hours to get there and they are always concious that sometimes we get there earlier than 3 which is their check in so they just make sure the room id clean and ready and let us come even if it’s before the check in. not this time new staff a girl which she saw us sitting in the lobby for 2 hours tired sleepy she waited exactly 3.. which to me was very rude. I did not like her attitude and the way she treated us. also middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working 🤦🏽‍♀️ so we had to move rooms.. I hope the hotel talks to their front desk staff to be more concious of guests. everyone else of the staff is very nice and attentive like bell hopper, waiters they are the best. but front desk a big no she was a girl I didn’t get her name she needs more training to be courteous to guest especially out of towners ..
