Very nice apartment. Modern and with everything - and more - that a traveller want. Central place, easy to get around. Easy to find food in the area. Kyiv have a huge potential and this is a great place to stay when you discover the city.
I have no negative feedback at all.

good central location
a single apartment in a very old building. it does not look as cozy as the pictures. furniture, material and technology used inside were really good but kitchen utensils were very dirty. baby crib came without a sheet. no reception or staff. self check in.

Excellent location!
Staff answers the questions with a good english anytime, in seconds!
We booked the apartment for three people, unfortunately the beds were only made for 2 people.
The couch was real unconfortable, bumpy and noisy.
Altough on the pictures it seemed like the apartment had a terrace, it was just the look which you could get from one of three windows on the roof.

The room was very clean, cozy and fully equipped (teas, water, toothpaste and even slippers). This + friendly and well mannered staff + a perfect communication spot gives it a 10/10!

The mattress is very soft, which can cause some back pain for some people. Everything else was just perfect

Receptionist helpful, professional and so welcomed.
Location is so nice.
Housekeeping very bad very unprofessional and grumpy. Room so small and not enough for anything they put a very small table and wardrobe.
