impeccably clean with exceptionally helpful staff. Douglas, the owners son, went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay - to the point of popping on his coat and taking us to find a good restaurant on our first night when we were exhausted from travelling! The coffee shop on site was a welcome addition as only tea bags are provided in your room.

A hotel bar would have been a very welcome addition.

The staff at Pacific Hotel were friendly and went the extra mile to change my room upon my request.

Couldn't figure out how the aircon works.

The room is clean and nice. Very convenient place too. From the airport, you can take the airport limousine bus and it will stop near the hotel, just a minute's walk. The subway's very near too. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, and we were able to check-in straight away thankfully. Check-in was done fast and swiftly. Room was cleaned everyday and they changed the bedsheets and towels too. Will definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

Room might be a bit small to others especially if you have large luggages, but it was still okay. We can still open our luggages on the floor.

i liked the location as it was near the bus stop, train station and myeongdong

we stayed last of of October. the hotel manages the cooling system / aircon at night. i and my friends were not comfortable with the temperature as we were feeling warm thus requested to adjust temperature. hotel staff said the it cany be done since it was centralized and some of the guests were feeling cold. they suggested that we just open our windows so sadly, we had to do it every night..

The location is perfect! It's very close to Myeongdong Shopping Area and the night market. The staff was really helpful, especially Mr. Lee Joo Hwan. He responded promptly with a solution when my booking was cancelled by booking. com just a few days before my flight to Seoul. I really appreciate his help. Staff were helpful and warm. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I travel to Seoul.

Wifi at my room (7th floor) were on and off, however no issue with wifi when I stayed on the 5th floor. So I guess it depends on which floor you stays. Also, it is a pity that no breakfast facility at the hotel, would be great if it's provided.

Second time staying at Pacific Hotel, returning from visiting other parts of South Korea. This is a wonderful hotel. Clean and comfortable. A perfect location.
