The location was great, not right in the middle of Gangnam madness, but only 10 minute walk to the station

The rooms are on smaller side and the general hotel is on the older side, but the bathroom is nice and clean and toilets are new!

Awesome quality of accommodation, customer service and food.

The location and also the staff were friendly and spoke English. I also liked the shampoo.

There was construction on the building next door going on in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and we were put in a room right next to it. We given ear plugs, but that’s hardly the point. I would never have booked the room if I’d known! Who wants to be woken up at 2 am to the sound of drilling?!?! The furniture was also old and tatty, with chips in everything and the bathroom taps seemed ready to come away in your hand. All in all, not worth the money.

it’s not far from seoul national university of education, gangnam. and it’s closed to mcdonald and a convience store.

Among the hotels I have experienced, housekeeping was one of the best. It was so wonderful that I didn't even know the water was leaking from the ceiling. The parking management staff was also very friendly, and I am satisfied.

There was a leak on the ceiling of my room. And overall, the hotel staff were not friendly, and the breakfast manager and staff were especially unfriendly. They seemed to be under a lot of pressure.

it is freaking hard to get the invoices from them as 2 of our colleagues forgot to get it when check out, i am trying my best to get the invoices since Aug 17th and we are in September now! I had to make 2 international phone calls and multiple emails, still not receiving them
