Great location in Hongdae. Near lots of shops, restaurants etc. There's a convenience store right downstairs in the mall, too.

Room is a little small, and is quite pricey.

I booked a twin bed online . Was me and a friend and on arrival told there is no more twins and was given queen bed to share with my friend no apology just facts. No compensation just 'O well do you want to still stay at the hotel you've already paid'

Excellent emplacement, hôtel a proximité des transports. Service impeccable et chambre confortable. Beaucoup de commodités et de boutiques dans le centre situé en dessous de l'hôtel.

Bestes Hotel im Viertel! Zimmer geräumig, gemütlich, neu und modern. Frühstückauswahl sehr schön, es frisches Obst, eine Suppenstation, Mehrkornbrötchen, alles wurde fix weggeräumt. Checkin und Checkout sehr organisiert, sehr freundlich. Lage tiptop! Direkt von der U Bahn Station hoch zum Hotel, alle Restaurants und Shops nebendran. Jederzeit wieder und meine wärmste Empfehlung!

Great location, and breakfast included was basic but a nice perk. Staff really helpful with questions and enquiries. Laundry room a great bonus, everything you need to break down change and get your washing done. Also TOP HINT: scales in the fitness room so you can weigh your luggage if concerned.

Shower pressure is beyond weak and hard to get hot.. finally you get boiling or warm, not much in between.

숙소에서 먹을사람이나 테이크아웃을 할수 있도록 밀박스를제공합니다. 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 2인실 2개를 연결해서 사용할수 있도록 해준점은 매우 좋았고 가족4인이 사용하기에 무척 편리했습니다.

숙소 수건의 청결하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 아침식사는 만족스럽지 못합니다. 항상 투숙객이 많아서 식사인원이 붐비는것을 예상하셔야 하고 먹을때 다소 정신이 없을정도로 식사인원이 많았습니다.

Location of the hotel is great, both because it is situated on top of a handy metro station and because there's a vibrant district within walking distance. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, though breakfast did get busy.

It's a chain so if you're looking for a hotel with personality then this is probably not it. Price/quality this wasn't the greatest hotel we've stayed at in S. Korea. It's a fine hotel, just pricier than other options.

Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of Hongdae on top of the metro station. Perfect place to explore the immediate and wider area

Lifts are extreemly slow and you have to wait for a long time to get one.

Excellent location. It is extremely helpful for guests accessing the hotel by the airport rail as there are escalators from the station rising up to the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel is next to the Hongdae Walking Zone and the guests can get there for shopping and dining just a few minutes. The room is quite new and clean and the size is reasonable. I also enjoyed the view of overlooking the Walking Zone.

More choices for the breakfast would be better for the guests staying more than one day.

The area Hongdae is great! The atmospher, shops, green, musicians, coffe shops etc. The hotel is nice and clean. I like the interior. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Hongik Uni underground is just around the corner.

This was my 2nd time staying in this cozy hotel. The location is good and I always enjoyed the breakfast buffet served.

I encountered problem to open my room safe box however the hotel manager came and resolved it promptly.

It is well located with mall and eateries within the building and the hongik univ station is beside it. The breakfast was good. Every staff in this lovely hotel are helpful and kind. It is a five star service. Will definitely come back again. Thank you.

I paid for an upgraded queen room but my view and size of my room was smaller and more expensive than my friends who didn't have the upgraded one. In addition, my fiance was locked out of our room for 2 hours at 2 am because her card malfunctioned. This is unacceptable. We were compensated nothing. I

The breakfast section is mainly western but overall it tasted good and have safe options. The location is really just 1 min away from AREX station of Hongik Uni. Loving the convenience and that it is away from the club area.
